For shared use: garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 25.Sep.). Outdoor shower. Private: barbecue. In the house: internet access. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (3 km via unmade road). Grocery 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Trasimeno 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The complex has another 1 house for rent. The tap water has no drinking water quality. 3-room semi-detached house 70 m2, on the upper floor. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Very nice location, nice house. We knew we had to share the location with another holiday home and that was no problem for us. However, we did not know that the owner continued to make the domain available to family and friends. Almost daily other people
