There was no cellphone signal. I had to go outside to make a call. I called the reception ladies, I spoke to candice who was very rude, I told her who I was and which unit I called from, told her we had a few issues and would like to see management but she dropped the call. Then my husband called and then one of the ladies was also rude and very abrupt with him informed him. They send through the security guard to assit with the safe, that was not his specialty. We had to get maintenance to assist with the safe because it was locked we could not use it the 1st night. We showed the security what damages was in the place before they charge us for it. He did inform us that they are aware of the fridge, however what they fail to realize is that its not safe for small children that could get hurt with that piece hanging out. The cupboards shelves was loose in the 2nd bedroom. They left a toilet roll there. The handle of the door was loose, The wallpaper had water stains on it in the main bedroom, mould grows were there is water damage I refused to sleep in the main room, lucky we had two bedrooms. The decor was very minimal not exactly as per picture. Visitors were to be out at 19h30 the latest or be fined R2000. NOISE after 19h00 you get fined R1000, however at 04h00 am the unit above us had doors slammed and chair movements for a good 15mins. Check out is at 10h00 strictly, we had to ask permission to leave early due to our long journey ahead. During loadshedding there was no flashlights provided, we used our cellphones while having guest over. Housekeeping was ok, however they didn't replenish the tea and coffee after we have used it on day 3 . Security guards were very friendly and helpful. I do not recommend this place because i feel they did not value us as paying customers. 😒 Customer Service In this industry is very important.
