We tried to get dinner late at night by phoning the front desk and "Josh" took the phone and spoke to us in a very unpleasant manner. He continued to raise his voice despite our explicit instructions that he should speak to us calmly as we are the visitors. I would want to advise hotel management against hiring inexperienced staff members who are unaware of their work responsibilities and the worth of an in-house guest. This is our second visit, and we have never seen such a situation before. The hotel's entire reputation has been damaged by one shabby employee.

I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations—starting right from the check-in. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a highly unprofessional reception, particularly an older gentleman who didn’t even manage a smile. I politely inquired about the possibility of a complimentary upgrade since we were celebrating a special occasion. He bluntly told us that the villas were sold out. Strangely enough, a villa suddenly became available moments later—only when he tried to upsell it to us. This was not only unprofessional but also quite disappointing and frankly, laughable. We were not given any information about the resort facilities. Instead, I was asked to sign a paper, and the gentleman simply pointed us toward our room without offering any real guidance or assistance. There were no bellboys available, and we were left completely lost trying to find our way around the resort. Another frustrating point was being charged for ice. In all my years of staying in hotels and resorts, I have never been charged for ice. While it’s not about the money, it’s shocking and disappointing that a resort of this scale doesn’t offer such a basic amenity free of charge. On a positive note, the room itself was very nice, and I would like to extend my appreciation to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, helpful, and maintained the room beautifully. Lastly, I strongly recommend proper training for your front desk team. The reception staff are the first point of contact and should represent the resort with professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness—none of which we experienced during our stay.

Totally overrated place, Rooms : so old with so minimum amenities and smal old tv, loud AC, Very slow Wifi, Stupid designed balcony door that lock automatically (which keep me stuck outside). Room service: no other options than Indian food, no free drinking water or coffee except first time, you have to request iron it's not available in the room by default. Activities : swimming pool freezing cold with no heater, no life guard, the beach area is not been maintained for swimming at all. So if you really wanna stuck in the room for the weekend only just enjoying the view (which the only good thing they have) so go ahead and book there, except that totally not worth it.

Superb ambience and cool staff's Buffay too was so good . Mr Hari the incharge of the resort was a genuine guy and gave us a good comfort zone. My family and friends were happy and enjoyed there and we will be planning the next trip as well, recommend to all

The room and resort are so dated and the furniture was busted up. The walls were damaged in a few places and there was a lot of dust in the room. It was not very clean at all. The swimming pool was not heated. I would not recommend taking here. The only good part was the Indian restaurant, which had nice food.

We came for a pool and beach day access. The place is beautiful with modern and stylish design. Staff are super friendly especially Ishara and the lady that greeted us at the beginning. Food is tasty with reasonable price. All in all, will definitely recommend and come again:)
