I want to say that we didn't want to leave this guesthouse, but since we saw Unawatuna, we had to go further)
The guesthouse is excellent, the hosts are very friendly and hospitable!
We lived on the third floor, it was clean both in the room and in the bathroom. Water in the room, tea, coffee and a kettle. For 1500 rupees they make a pretty decent and hearty breakfast. A bonus was that there is a mountain nearby and you can see monkeys in the wild) and we also saw a monitor lizard and a peacock there)
We were happy with our stay 😍
I would like to note that the guesthouse is located away from the road, 150 meters, and the beach is 300 meters at most, there is a coffee shop, cafe and restaurant nearby.

The hotel is simple. Hot water is solar powered, if it's a rainy day, there's not much of it. No pool. But overall, one of the best in its class. The rooms match the photos. The plumbing is not broken. Clean, tidy. Even though it's not the second line, the beach is less than 70m away. If I'm in this place again, I'll gladly stay here again.

The ac works properly. The location is good. The rest was horrible. The rooms are not the same as the pictures posted in booking. Be careful! No cleaning service, there is no bathroom amenities such us shampoo or gel. Some pillows and towels DIRTY! They close the door fence of the hotel at 10:30 pm (Curfew). One night We were trapped outside for 20 mins until they finally opened. One of the employees was screaming at us because he woke up to open us the door. Some employees are very rude and disrespectful. You can check in other reviews, people had problems too. I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Bad experience. Don’t risk it
