When we checked in. The tempature in our room was 60 degrees. Tried turning off the air/ heating system off. We could not turn the system off. Phone front desk to get this resolved. The remote would not turn on the TV. Again, phone the front desk to get that issue resolved. . This stay at your place was not pleasant.

We came in friday night July 25 this is night 5 we stayed here our room is not been cleaned we slept on dirty sheets on the bed I requested room service for cleaning didn't get not one time since we stayed house service at all they won't allow family to come swim with us unless we pay for an extra night and I paid 998 for a week this is not good we never had this experience here until they changed people here this is bad service I would not recommend this hotel at all

I wouldn't pay more than a $100 for the room. They seem to jack the rates up based on if they have sold a lot of rooms. Pool area is never cleaned bases on seeing same stains on tables and things on floor. Dead bugs in pool, hallway and room. Breakfast isn't the best.

Had rented a handicapped room. Which the bathroom was accessible. But beds where way to high for my 89 yr old mother who uses a walker to get into. I had to have her step up on my suitcase to get into bed. So there for was not a restful night for me with her having to get in and out of bed for her to use restroom because i had to help. I would suggest handicapped rooms the beds are much lower. Wasnt a lot of space to maneuver walker around for her either. Otherwise the room was clean and property was maintained.

From the ooutside looks like an abandoned proberty with closed restaurant in front parking lot. The room and breakfast area were clean. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I paid for the rooms for two nights in advance but when we got there we couldn't stay there. My sister has COPD and asthma and the whole motel had so much perfume in the air that she couldn't breathe and we had to leave. I told the clerk and she said she would notify you as to what we said. Hoping for a partial refund!!!!!
