CHEERMAY HOTELS Hotels in Urumqi

Stayed here as part of a two day trip in Urumqi. When I first got the room it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Was told by the staff that I could only come back later to try for a different room. When I got back, I still received a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. While the photos show a window, it just a fake one, leading to what looks like a fire escape. Only complaint regarding the window was that it lead to poor ventilation. So my room smelt of cigarette smoke for days.

The hotel service is very good, very enthusiastic, the service attitude is great, and there is hot tea at the front desk, which is very warm. The sanitation is very clean, access is very convenient, parking is free, and the overall environment is very comfortable. I recommend it. [Rose][Rose][Rose]

We were upgraded to a room for free when we checked in. The room was large and clean, and the toilet was smart. Gao Xiaofang at the front desk was very helpful. There was no bottled water in the room, and the two ladies asked thoughtfully if we needed mineral water, which was very pleasant. It feels very comfortable when I come in

剛聽到這個酒店不是很熟悉，進來以後才知道是錦江旗下的酒店，大堂顏色搭配很適合年輕人很活力，前台服務員很熱情，房間佈置搭配非常符合我的審美，不像麗楓酒店的顏色單調老古板有視覺疲勞，對比度高，房間衞生相當乾淨，房間智能化，直接呼叫“小度小度就可以了”相當適合我這種懶人，小度可以控制一切，叫外賣也很方便，到大堂有機器人送上來，不會打擾到我這種社恐人員，早餐廳在三樓，菜色菜品還是挺豐富的，三樓還配有洗衣服，健身房，還是很滿意的，為我這種出行的提供了很方便的服務，整體感覺還是很不錯的，下次來還是會住這家，撇去一成不變，我選擇出行不止一面，潮漫還是最好的選擇，性價比入住體驗是一等的，給個大拇指👍🏻
