I seldom write hotel reviews, but I was genuinely thrilled with the hotel I booked for this trip. The location is unbeatable – Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What truly impressed me, however, was the service, which was beyond amazing. The housekeeper was exceptionally warm and friendly. Knowing my family drinks a lot of water, she went above and beyond by leaving an entire pack of bottled water for us – a thoughtful gesture I've never experienced at any other hotel. Free parking is available, and the area is very peaceful. Ambiance: The overall environment is quite pleasant, and the surroundings are very quiet. Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, including a lounge and a reading area. The rooms are also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness: I was very satisfied with the cleanliness; everything was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Service: The service was excellent. One of the staff members kindly helped arrange a foot bath tub, and was extremely courteous.

The hotel is very conveniently located!! It is very close to Hotan Second Street. It is also a very pet-friendly hotel! This was my first trip to Xinjiang, and I chose a hotel that just opened in 2025. It's located within the Country Garden complex, with a small convenience store right downstairs. While you do need to take a taxi to places like the Grand Bazaar and Hetian Second Street, and traffic can get a bit congested, they aren't actually too far away. The facilities and overall cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff even kindly upgraded our room type. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and friendly; even the security guard at the entrance was very approachable and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. The hotel also features a self-service laundry room, complete with both washers and dryers. This was a huge plus, making it extremely convenient for those on a long road trip through Xinjiang. The only significant drawback was the poor sound insulation. Just as I was trying to fall asleep past midnight, I could clearly hear noises from the hallway or guests upstairs, and it only quieted down around 1:30 AM. This is likely a structural issue with the building, so there's probably not much the hotel itself can do. However, those who are sensitive to noise should definitely keep this in mind.

New, brand new, so new. Hahahaha, we had the courage to stay in a hotel with only one review, and the boss said it had only been open for 3 days. No wonder there are so few reviews. However, we were a little confused when we arrived. The gate at the door was closed and it was not an automatic gate. You get off the car and go into the hotel and ask someone to lift the gate. In fact, if you come in, you can just honk the horn in the car. Take a taxi when you go out to play, such as the Grand Bazaar, Hongshan Dried Fruit, and Hotan Street. A taxi only costs 10 yuan. Why take a taxi? A common problem in provincial capitals is that the traffic is chaotic and crowded, and it is convenient to take a taxi. I wish the boss a prosperous business.
