A lovely overnight stay at the Cwrt Bleddyn after a friend’s local party.Very pleased to stay in the main hotel rather than the annexe where I had stayed before . Bed was really comfortable and the hotel was quiet. We took advantage of the swimming pool and Rajesh on the welcome desk of the swimming pool/ gym was so very helpful. Thank you Rajesh! We will definitely return.

What an amazing relaxing weekend away for my birthday treat.. staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, the facilities are well maintained and the calm and soothing atmosphere just tops it off, we had a meal aswell which was outstanding and the customer service was 10/10.. would highly recommend to anyone to visit here. Thank you for our stay and can’t wait to come back again

We recently visited Cwrt Bleddyn as a family of three as part of an undisclosed professional review. The hotel was not informed of our visit. Overall, we were highly impressed by the team's customer service and professionalism throughout our stay. Sections of the hotel are currently undergoing renovations; however, from arrival to departure, staff consistently delivered warm, welcoming, and attentive service. Richard, in particular, demonstrated exemplary professionalism and a strong understanding of high-quality guest care. His leadership and commitment to service excellence were clearly evident throughout the team. The bar and restaurant staff worked diligently to maintain smooth and efficient service, while the reception team were friendly, informative, and responsive, providing helpful local guidance and promptly assisting with additional toiletries and refreshments as required. Housekeeping also maintained a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across all areas. Our experience within the spa was exceptional. The spa manager provided an outstanding level of service, and the massage received was of an exceptionally high standard, arguably the best massage I have experienced. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, were well-maintained and provided an enjoyable experience for families, particularly our seven-year-old. The hotel's distinctive features, such as the Oak Room, the Diamond dining hall, and the Pink Cottage, further contribute to its charm and unique character. The outdoor area offers tennis courts, ponds and well-kempt gardens. Despite the ongoing maintenance upgrades, the quality of service remained consistently high. We look forward to returning in the future and wish to extend our appreciation to Richard and the wider team for their dedication. Their commitment to delivering professional and customer-focused service is a key factor in creating positive guest experiences and encouraging repeat visits.
