Pleasant stay in a new location I wasn't aware of on Uxbridge. Well appointed and spacious reception/ restaurant areas. Friendly, courteous staff.

Room not well maintained. Window hinge broken, loose henge soap holder, curtain loose at both ends. Shower very hot. Temperature could not be adjusted. Duvet dirty and very stained. Breakfast reasonable, no fresh juices and fruit was also tinned. Staff were friendly.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay Here,Down at Wembley for The Challenge Cup Final & this Hotel is in a superb location for the Tube with only a 15 min walk into the centre off Uxbridge where there is a abundance of bars & food if you want it.Great staff who cant do enough for you,Only thing i would recommend is take a plug for charging your phone as there isn’t any usb sockets.

I’m staying here at the moment in room 202. Driving through the area I was worried as it’s very run down. Anyway the hotel itself looks nice and it’s clean. The windows not opening are making me feel claustrophobic and the room feels stuffy even with air con on. Somthing that really ruined my experience was the shower head being overhead. I could not remove it and the pressure was not very good from so high up. It barley penetrated my hair when trying to wash it.

I paid for the room online, arrived at hotel & reception staff said I still needed to pay, even though i showed them the funds leaving my account. The manager then advised they had refunded me for the first payment so was required to pay for the room again before being able to check in. So we have now paid twice for the same room and no sign of the refund, as well as no response from the hotel when I have chased the refund. I would avoid this hotel!

Staff were welcoming and understanding, especially one of the staff that helped me called Antuila. She was very welcoming and was able to provide me with all the information i needed to know as i was a bit unsure about certain things. Good experience.

Fantastic staff, particularly Raakesh, such a warm welcome every time. Free parking very helpful, clean, quiet, convenient. very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice amount of space in bedrooms and public spaces. One mile from the tube and nice by canal.
