The Fern, Vadodara

The location is not the best. Not the most accessible to the main center. Rooms are more or less clean, sheets could have stains which you can get changed. The washroom doesn’t have proper ventilation. The pot has hard yellow stains, the shower area is not well maintained and the blinds for the washroom glass may not work. Only thing good were the towel quality. You could stay at a better property, book only if everything else is expensive.

I booked room for a day but here food, staff support, services were so amazing then I extended my stay here for 2 week. Now I am experiencing this hotel is like my home. I am getting here home made food like with less oil and spices, I appreciate services of Samiksha, Kavita, Krishna, Aparna, and Antara, Pusti, Chandan and Satish. They do not serve as they have to do but with full of emotions, their love and dedication. Special thanks to Mahendra Shef for making us eat jain homely food. Your staff is your assets please retain them as your family members. I will always recommend The Fern to my friends, relatives and to Corporates as well. Thanks and Good Wishes CA Archna Nagrani

It was a very pleasant stay. All facilities are good including gym & restaurant. Staff is very humble & always ready to support in providing a pleasant stay. Special thanks to Ms. Sabita, Ms. Tanima & Mr. Shubham I would like to recommend this stay to all visiting Vadodara.
