there was no proper room service, room and bathroom cleaning was not done on the second day in spite of repeated requests. The writing table was covered with dust. Even request for mineral water took nearly an hour to be complied. Was informed that they couldn't provide service in a reasonable time as they were short staffed.
one of the worst experiences in my life of nearly four decades to business and personal travel

it was very poor experience with hotel ace grand there was multiple issues the the property.
I request to remove from mmt site for the further booking or stay in future to the guest in future.

Zero cleanliness.
Dirty & dusty Room
Stains on the sheets, looks like unwashed since long.
hair in the shower, and bad smell.
bathroom water unclean.
