Don't bother going. Very tired hotel with below average rooms and facilities. Very unhelpful manager who didn't deal with the issues we had.

Best ski hotel I have ever stayed in and I've been skiing since the 1980s. Guillaume and his team are simply outstanding. Attending to all our needs and providing top notch service. The food is exceptional and the rooms are beautiful and large. Comfy beds and pillows. International TV and excellent WiFi. We will keep coming back to Ski Lodge and Val D'isere. Thank you for the best stay

Really disappointed with our stay. The food was tasteless, and we had to eat elsewhere. The service was just as bad -our waitress was rude and unhelpful, and the receptionist was no better. Definitely not the standard we expected. Would not recommend.

The breakfast, dinner and service exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the bar, lounge and small spa department. The hotel room was quite ok with a separate toilet and bathroom, but we would have liked some more space for storing our clothes and bags,

Hotel SKi Lodge! What a warm and welcoming place to stay for a ski holiday. The manager Guillaume and his team were fabulous and made our group of 14 feel right at home. The rooms were clean and cozy when we arrived, some rooms are bigger than others and the beds are enormous! The Hotel team were very accommodating, my friends had been in communication with Guillaume to help them to make my 60th birthday very special so the part of the dining room we were in was decorated with balloons and posters and all 14 of us sat together. The bar area is so relaxing with the log burner and the abundance of faux fur throws and lovely and warm. The meal choices each evening were tasty and just the right portions as we did eat at lunch. We've had such a great time, it will be talked about for years to come!

Hotel was lovely and received a lovely welcome on checkin. Breakfast was great, everything we needed and good quality. For the price would have appreciated a fridge and tea and coffee facilities in the room. Pillows unnaturally uncomfortable - all 3 of us struggled. Besides all that a lovely spot and the spa / sauna were fab.

This is a very good affordable option for Val d’Isère. Location is about 10-15 min walk from centre but bus stops right outside to access all parts of resort. Hotel is as it’s described - good accommodation, friendly staff and good food. We loved our stay.
