J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel de Lyon après un imprévu lié à un retard de train, et je suis vraiment reconnaissante pour l’accueil exceptionnel que j’y ai reçu. Dès mon arrivée tardive, le personnel a été d’une grande gentillesse et a tout fait pour me mettre à l’aise. L’ambiance y est chaleureuse, et on s’y sent en sécurité, ce qui est appréciable quand on voyage seule. La nuit a été très calme, et le matin, la dame à l’accueil a pris le temps de m’aider à vérifier les horaires de mon train. Un vrai sens du service, ce qui est rare et précieux ! L’hôtel est simple mais confortable, idéal pour une halte sereine à Valence.

Séjour en famille pendant les fêtes de fin d’année. Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner classique. Réceptionnistes accueillants et disponibles 24/24h. Parking dans l’hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous conseillons vivement !

Le personnel était sympathique, hôtel facile d’accès et parking à disposition. Les prix étaient très abordables. Autour, il y a des magasins si besoin dont boulangerie, supermarché, pharmacie, fromagerie et très proche gare SNCF, tout ce qu’il faut je recommande cette hôtel.

Bon rapport qualité / prix, chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant. Literie neuve, très confortable. En plein centre, parfait pour aller manger dans le centre ou faire des activités ! Encore merci pour ce séjour ! Je pense y revenir dès que j’en ai l’occasion
