Gervasoni Hotel Boutique

Fantastic location, the dining area at sunset is something to enjoy. Super quiet, two thumbs up!

Hotel Gervasoni was one of our favorite hotels in our 2 month trip to South America! The location could not have been better. We were right in the heart of the beautiful historic area, surrounded by restaurants and graffiti and street musicians. The breakfast was delicious, served on the outside deck overlooking the city. Our room was beautiful and had a small balcony overlooking the harbor. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

great location and views This a lovely old building with original antique furniture. Breakfast is served on the deck with a fantistic view of the harbor.

More of a BB than a hotel This "hotel" is more akin to a BB than a typical hotel. It seems a converted mansion from days gone by. As a result you get aged, small rooms with small beds and tight bathrooms that, along with the common areas, creak and crunch as you and your neighbors walk around. It can be annoying in the middle of the night when your trying to get some sleep. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the bay was a highlight. The location is a high traffic area and that means noise at peak times. The Service was great and the place has its charm but be warned; the noises due to the age of the place and busy tourist location can be a problem.

A déjà été un Gran hôtel Première chambre qu'on nous a offert ne correspondait pas du tout à notre commande. On nous a changé immédiatement. Petite chambre, moins que la précédente; pas de frigo ou mini bar. Salle de bain un étage plus bas par un escalier en colimaçon. Le resto a été fermé 4 des 5 jours ou nous y étions. Super service et super emplacement, beaucoup de bons restaurants tout autour.
