I returned to this place because it was very clean stylish and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My sister and I both really enjoyed it. The front desk was very accommodating and it’s very central to all the best shops and perfect for a place to stay when you’re about to go on a cruise from the port

I had an absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby.
The dining options were superb, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and made my stay even more relaxing.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely valued as a guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent location, at Burred station, waterfront line skytrain. Our room was upgraded to Balcony room. Not sure if good or not because first morning awoke by crow calling. 2nd morning awoke by other guests closing doors and noisy chatting at corridor during quiet hours. Only a few minutes walking, you could reach any kinds of restaurant you want that haven't chance to try hotel's. Service rating is N/A, only check-in would meet front desk.

As everything in Vancouver, it’s expensive. But it was a quality stay here. Super friendly staff, clean and big room. The outside pool is small but nice to cool off in. The sauna works great. Gym area is small but can do the job. Location is great, Tim’s & Liquor Store right next door, bike rental, restaurants etc all nearby. Also not as many “Zombies” on the street in this area.. felt pretty safe here. The Water Faucet in the shower was los and kept falling off was the only downside of the room.. acceptable. If you got money, recommend the stay here and stay away from Gastown, Chinatown etc.. those areas are hella scary these days,

The location of the hotel is great as it is located in the downtown of Vancouver. The hotel room in the North Tower is renovated. It is quite new but relatively small. The bathroom is also very small. In general, the room is quite comfortable.

Great hotel that's located right in downtown and in a safe area. Very clean, very nice rooms. Sometimes front desk staff can be a bit rude (but hide it in a Canadian way), but overall great. I think when we checked in or various other guests checked in, front desk kept forgetting to give us keys. Not a big deal but just a bit weird? Overall, a fantastic stay. They even gave us a small gift and a nicely written letter for us.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the Steam Clock and Canada Square. The hotel staff are very friendly, and it is very convenient to park and unload luggage. The room is very large, and it is quite comfortable to have one bedroom and one living room! After all, it is in the city center, so there are many one-way roads at the door. If you drive by yourself, you still have to be more careful about traffic rules!

Beautiful and comfortable room. Staff were all very nice and helpful. They made us feel so welcome! Location is great with many nice cafes nearby. It’s close to city center and the harbour, just a few minutes walk. While so many hotels in Vancouver are getting old, outdated and in need of a facelift, the ExChange is really nice and I would surely come back in my next visit.

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

GGuest UserArrived later in the evening and the staff was excellent with check-in and answering questions about our check out the next day. Very accommodating with our cruise schedule, holding luggage until we needed to board ship. Staff was helpful in taking our luggage to the ship check in, going the extra mile!!! Beautiful scenery around the hotel, close to everything near the port area. Room was a suite, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep!

GGuest UserOur family had a fantastic stay at the Azur Hotel in Vancouver. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean with what seemed like brand-new furniture, creating a very comfortable setting. The service was superb, with staff promptly fulfilling requests for extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities without any pressure. What stood out most was the friendliness and readiness of the staff, always eager to assist, making our experience truly memorable.

JJIHENGGood! In the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the living is very comfortable, the front desk is very warm, go early, help us save the luggage, and take out the map, tell us where to go. well! I just don’t know if it’s because Ctrip’s house price is cheaper than other houses, and the room is facing the ice machine. It’s a bit noisy!

GGuest UserI have some concerns regarding my experience at The Sutton Hotel. Firstly, I noticed that the front desk staff didn't seem very patient or eager to assist Chinese guests like myself. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome.
Secondly, I found the hotel rooms to be quite dusty, despite our efforts to keep them clean. Surprisingly, the dust accumulated rapidly on the bedside table and telephone. I suspect that the air inside the room might be the cause of this issue, as even the air conditioning panel appeared to be covered in dust.
I believe these observations are worth addressing by the hotel management to improve the overall experience for all guests, regardless of their nationality. It would be beneficial if steps were taken to enhance the cleanliness of the rooms and ensure a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for all visitors.

YYikeyoumingzidemeiThe location is very convenient. It is in the city center, next to a very large shopping mall. I forgot the name. I chose this hotel because I want to go shopping in this mall. The parking fee in the shopping mall is very expensive. Parking your car in the hotel's underground parking lot costs CAD 35 per day. The hotel environment is not bad, and the front desk service is also very friendly, but the accent is heavy, which makes it difficult for my English level. The doorman was an old man, and I don't know if it was because he didn't give a tip, but his attitude was average. Overall not bad.

PPhillipSulThe hotel appears newly renovated, it is quite clean but the room is a bit small. Ordered for a king size bed but given 2 large king size beds, hence there is no desk if you want to eat and drink in the room.
The location is very good at downtown city center, close by to train stations and public transport. It is within a walking distance to waterfront and Yaletown.
Receptionist service staff are quite friendly, especially Priscilla, she has been very good for letting me early check in at 8.30 AM. I was also allowed for a late check out at 12PM. I would recommend this hotel for anybody whilst in Vancouver.

GGuest UserYou never know when the cleaning will be done. We left at around 9 o'clock and told the front desk to clean the room. When we came back at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, it was still not cleaned. We stayed for four nights and only changed towels one day. Advantages: Downtown is more convenient and close to the beach. You can walk there. The children are very happy to go there every day. It is very convenient to eat, drink and supermarket downstairs. It is very convenient to have a kitchen in the room. It is also very good to have a washing machine with drying machine 👍
