In the vicinity of the sandy beach lies the hotel Hotel Palma Real. On the beach are sun loungers and beach towels available. At the beach there is a bar serving refreshing drinks. Расположение отеля шикарное. Океан и пляж бесподобен. «Все включено» не похоже на другие туристические места в силу особенностей кубы. Большого разнообразия еды не ждите. В основном рис, курица, рыба. Понравились ананасы которые были всегда. Напитки время от времени заканчивались, но всегда можно было выбрать из двух-трех вариантов. Мух много, как и везде на Кубе. Чистоту стараются поддерживать, но все же тарелки приходилось выбирать, чтобы были почище, приборы протирали салфетками. Уборка в номере каждый день. Номер хоть и старенький, но все выглядит прилично. Недалеко от отеля есть стрит фуд, магазин(правда ассортимент не очень большой) Программа была каждый день, пиво вкусное, было на выбор несколько коктейлей, но мы их не пробовали. Дважды сходили в ресторан( можно записаться на ресепшене в 13:00, по меню кормят бесплатно). По соотношению цена-качество отличный отель. Спасибо обслуживающему персоналу за теплый прием

Personal muy amable, ubicación muy buena, con acceso directo a unas playas espectaculares. Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, pero es un muy buen hotel

Super recomendado, he realizado el pasadia con diferentes amigos y siempre todos con muy buenas referencias. Un Excelente servicio de todo el personal que los atiende y calidad de la propia instalación hotelera.

Viajamos para el 14 de febrero y la situación fue caótica el hotel estaba sobrevendido y habían más personas de las que se podían atender ,la cena con pésima coordinación y ni hablar del bufet que prácticamente solo había picadillo para comer

La limpieza hacia un pésimo trabajo no cambiaban las toallas no colocaban champú ni jabón nuevo, los batidos los hacían con agua y no con leche no había variedad de comida. No había helado ni por la mañana ni por el medio día y si te pasas de hora te echan si ningún remordimiento

Tuve varias experiencias tanto buenas como regular como espectacular. Vale recalcar que logramos el objetivo que fue descanzar, disfrutar y pasarla bien. Felicito a todos los trabajadores y en especial al equipo de animasion un súper trabajo, calidad de expresión y voz, sencillez y humildad de esta hermosa chica Airiana. Esperamos volver.
