The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible as the rooms are in bad condition. The receptionists needs to be trained to provide a descent service and learn how to communicate with each other because the miscommunication between them created many issues for me during my staying. My room was not cleaned properly before my arrival, i found trash from previous guests and many insects. The food was ok, the beach at the hotel is amazing. The waiters and bar staff were provided good and fast service.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel is too old and not well maintained. Very limited choices for foods; at El Bamboo and El Bistro also very limited, no shrimp, fish, prawns. The fruits at the buffet restaurant are always fresh and tasty, love guava and papaya!

Spent a week here with a friend. Very old hotel. They have started renovating because of a new owner. Food was fine, but very little variety, which could really be improved. Hygiene was very poor, rooms were not clean, lots of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Don't expect too much from it! Furthermore, Cuba is of course beautiful and the location is nice, right on the beach. Staff does their best.

Very bad food, most days it wasn't fresh, and I was charged for a towel that I didn't lose my absurd fee, I don't recommend the hotel

Hotel well located on the beachfront. The room we were given was unbelievable: dirty, looking like it had been uninhabited for years, smelly, flush toilet not working, broken lamps and no bulbs. We asked to change and only the third room seemed a little less bad. For this you had to pay extra. We stayed one night, but as the hygiene conditions continued to be unacceptable, we decided to move to another hotel, trying to save our vacation. The Restaurant was equally dirty and smelly. Very poor food, in terms of quality and preparation. Impossible to eat.

We really enjoyed our stays, we just felt a lack of communication about the events that were going to happen (some we discovered straight away), the rest we highly recommend.

A normal hotel for Cuba, worth the money. Located within walking distance to the center. The food is quite monotonous, but quite good. The staff is friendly

The staff is super friendly, the sea and the beach are great, the price performance ratio is good, if I go to Varedero again, I will stay in the same hotel again.

Very good location in Varadero. The staff was very attentive and the buffet food was always varied and very delicious. I enjoyed my stay.

Bad experience; The hotel is well located But as soon as we arrived they told us that they were going to take a while to give us the room. But we never imagined that we would be without entering the room at 5:00 p.m. After being on the beach in the pool without being able to shower or change our clothes because the room was not there. Upon entering the room we find an old room, not renovated for years; in addition to being under construction and debris in the corridors. The room: old, with ants on the balcony, the pillows smelled horrible: they hadn't been washed in years, really bad. Then the Wi-Fi issue. We entered the hotel at 5:00 p.m. and we needed to communicate with our families and due to an absurd rule we had to wait until 4:35 p.m. for them to give us the password. The hotel drinks were watered down and the water didn't even taste good. In short, those four stars that the hotel has should be requalified. One night I ate vegetables that were in poor condition and although I quickly removed them, I spent the night in the bathroom.

Well located

Food was terrible and the same slop everyday. Elevators didn't work for the first 3 days, we were on the 5th floor. When they said they were working, very sketchy, did not feel safe. Place was extremely dirty, hallways weren't washed in months by the looks of thinks. Staff was ok but nothing special. Alcohol was bare bones, bottom of the barrel rum. Again, food was disgusting.
