"Nice location. In some reviews it is said that it is not easy to find but it corresponds to Google maps and there are signs. The hotel manager helps with everything and other staff are also very supportive. I recommend getting a transfer because the price is almost the same as Uber but a staff member will get you to the hotel so you won't get lost."

"This is considered a popular hotel, but it wasn't as good as I expected. The high tide flooded the road and stairs in front of the main entrance, making it inconvenient to get in and out. Cars couldn't drive there, and you had to walk a bit. Although there were staff members to help with the luggage, it was still very inconvenient. The service itself was very satisfactory and impeccable."

"Checkin experience was awesome. We reached the hotel much earlier than the check-in time bu the staff accomodated us and gave us the room within no time. I can’t recall the name if lady who helped us but she was really helpful. After check-in we had a lunch in the chowk restaurant where we had to wait a bit for the order and lunch but overall the experience was good. Breakfast in the Chowk was awesome as well witjh great taste and lot of options. Room was great. It was clean, spacious, had good decorations and amenities. Room service was prompt as well. We had a great time walking the amazing lawn of the hotel as well. Overall the stay was perfect and we would love to visit again."

"Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)"

"This wonderful place is staffed with people that are both incredibly professionally skilled and just absolutely excellent human beings. My experience here was exceptionally superb. This is my third trip to India. I have never encountered such a level of hospitality, kindness, and genuine human enlightenment. I recommend this hotel and the other hotels operated by its parent corporation to everybody. Prakhar the front office assistant was especially kind and helpful in even difficult, and sometimes humorous circumstances."
