Unfortunately below issues faced during stay, in-spite of booking premium suite
No beer on tap
Prawn curry was made of rotten coconut
Shower had no water pressure & buckets were provided for shower
Toiletries were of poor standards ( no ear budds)
Charged additional for accommodating child (9years) while checking out. Charges we’re not discussed during check in.

Beautiful property with lovely spacious rooms. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and had the perfect rooms . Ideal for a family. kid friendly activities. Breakfast was great too. Highlight was the staff right from everyone you meet has a local charm, friendly specially the Manager Mr. Sudipta and restaurant staff Ms. Pardeep who always served us with smile also looked after our dietary requirements for my mom too. Highly recommend for a perfect family getaway in Goa!

We had a great family vacation ( 20 people ) in Goa and stayed at sterling. Amazing location, great vibe and amazing food. Especially Breakfast. Sudipta( Restaurant manager ) and his team specially Pardeep,samaba,Nitesh were very professional and ensured we have best culinary experience. Overall, resort has a really nice relaxing vibe with colonial architecture, great staff and 500 m away from the beach. That’s all you need for a perfect stay at Goa.

We had a great 7 day stay at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly - they always ensured that we had everything we needed. We mostly ate at the hotel as the food - all local cuisine - was superb. They toned down the slickness for us. We ate from the menu and from the buffet. I admit to being impatient to get down to eat as it was so good. Sudipta - the restaurant manager clearly ran an efficient operation and Vidya who was “our” waiter did a great job with swift service. Our room was spotless and cool, a great refuge from the heat. The wide and long beach was a 10 minute walk away. It was clean with shallow water to paddle in.

Sterling goa team made our trip memorable! A shoutout to all the departments! House keeping, in - house recreational facilities for kids / family. Location of resort, rooms are worth special mention. Staff was very helpful, specially sudipta de. Overall it was, a very satisfying 3 nights stay. Just one suggestion, the menu can do with a little bit of variety. Otherwise the taste is very good.
