Disappointing Sales Policy – Beware! The hotel’s sales policy is, unfortunately, problematic. There is a major deception particularly regarding the “mansion cottage with patio” room category. Under the same room type title, the hotel actually offers two completely different rooms: one is spacious, bright, and functional; the other is small, dark, and cramped. However, on the hotel’s website, these two different room types are not distinguished and are presented using the same photos. Without knowing the difference, you end up booking based solely on the photos and price. What’s more, even though these two versions are sold at different prices, no visual distinction is made. I made my reservation six months in advance, assuming I was booking the larger room at a higher price. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was given the smaller, darker version. When I raised the issue, the staff and manager simply pointed to the website photos and said, “We already showed these—you should have asked for more details.” In other words, the hotel uses photos of the larger room to advertise both the expensive and the cheaper versions, and even if you pay more, the room you get is completely left to “chance.” How early you book or how much you pay doesn’t seem to matter. This is a highly misleading and non-transparent practice. It damages customer trust and, in the long run, will likely harm the hotel’s reputation. If you plan to book, make sure to ask for detailed information about the room types and get written confirmation. **Bathrooms must be renew.
