"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely unfriendly and showed little to no interest in helping guests. Every question or request was met with irritation, and some issues were simply ignored. The room was dirty, with dust, a poorly cleaned bathroom, and it felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The food was also very disappointing. The selection was very limited, many dishes were served cold, and the quality of the ingredients left much to be desired. The menu barely changed from day to day, so after a couple of days we didn’t even want to eat there anymore. Overall, our impression of the hotel was extremely negative. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service. We would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone."

"We stayed here for one week. The food was poor, there was no housekeeping, and the service was very disappointing. Almost none of the staff speak English. We booked two rooms, including one family room, but it only had one bed and a broken sofa bed. The air conditioning didn’t work, and nobody at the reception could understand English. The hotel is very old and worn down. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
