Daios Cove

Encore une semaine inoubliable au Daios Cove. Un Endroit magique où tout est parfait. Le lieu, la restauration, la plage, la propreté et le personnel. C’est une 5e fois pour nous et nous avons encore fait de belles découvertes… le petit déjeuner à la Taverne avec vue mer, l’Ocean… un personnel partout souriant et d’une gentillesse rare, à la plage dans les restaurants, au bar (un grand merci à l’équipe du Bar ocean, vous êtes super!) Vivement l’année prochaine!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially families with children. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful – they assisted us with everything we needed, always with a smile. We were even provided with a stroller for our child, which we were able to use throughout our entire stay. That made a huge difference for us! The food was absolutely phenomenal. Our favorite restaurants were Ocean and The Beach House – both offered amazing dishes and a beautiful atmosphere. But honestly, all the dining options were excellent, including the Pangea buffet, where we were warmly greeted every morning by Anna. Her kindness and energy made our breakfasts feel extra special. We also want to give a big shoutout to the bartenders at the beach bar – they are incredibly hardworking and friendly. A special thank you to George, who made us feel special every single time with his great attitude and excellent service. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful room and the view was stunning. Lovely range of restaurants to suit all tastes. We particularly loved the Ocean restaurant and the International buffet. The Crystal Box cocktail bar had amazing views and staff very knowledgeable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a fabulous time.

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt im Daios Cove und ich habe dort zusammen mit Freunden meinen 50. Geburtstag gefeiert. Wie immer war wirklich wieder alles Perfekt. Das Essen SUPER SUPER lecker. Der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir hatten eine 2 Bedroom Wellness Villa gebucht und hatten aus unserer Sicht mit der Nummer 225 wirklich die schönste Villa in der ganzen Anlage.

My daughter and I stayed here for six nights. The hotel is really beautiful and built into the hillside and the rooms are a good size and very clean and laid out well although not keen on open Bathroom situation. It’s quite a hike to get from your room to either restaurants or to the pool or the beach. It’s very hilly and they also are many steps and many different levels to tackle. You can go on the funicular but generally there’s a queue and await to get on at busier times and it takes a bit of time so it’s actually quicker to just walk. Hotel was overrun with families and small children even though it was not half term week impossible to get a sun lounger around the pool not that we wanted to because it was so busy with noisy kids everywhere the beach was very pleasant although very cramped with sun loungers and umbrellas all very close to each other. We were very disappointed in the buffet restaurant not a great choice of foods at breakfast and the quality wasn’t good either many times the fruit was turning brown where it was obviously a few days old or the melon was green and rock hard and wasn’t ripe. Service was also very slow while waiting to be served tea and coffee to your table. The first day we had lunch at the beach house and we had a club sandwich and a chicken gyros and chips the both meals were stone cold when we received them. We Were on half board, but we ended up getting a taxi into Agios Nickolas most nights to go and eat because the hotel was very disappointing. The buffet in the evening again was very disappointing not great selection of food and it was mostly cold and as half bored you only get a €20 supplement towards à la carte restaurants which were ridiculously expensive £52 for a steak and €12 for a side of fries also a small glass of wine was €15 so overall it actually worked out much cheaper to get a taxi €16 and eat out in the town which the food was better quality

My experience at Daios Cove Crete is beyond amazing 🤩 The staff is very friendly & professional, the service is amazing and always willing to help if there’s anything wrong or doesn’t meet our expectations. The food is very delicious in the open bufffet in both breakfast and dinner 😋 also the snacks on the pool and the beach are very nice. Also My experience at the Spa was perfect the facility has everything anyone one would need or want. It’s the perfect destination for a family vacation. I’m extremely thankful & grateful for all the staff who helped make me and my family have an enjoyable vacation 😍
