Small, rustic timber house "Reserl", from the 19th century, surrounded by meadows and fields. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Private: terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, tennis 5 km, riding stable 200 m, skisport facilities 12 km. Nearby attractions: Minimundus Klagefurt 27 km, Aussichtsturm Pyramidenkogel 20 km, Affenberg Burg Landskron 18 km, Casino Velden 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wörthersee 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood. Railway line 350 m from the property. The former granary stands in an orchard. Access is via 4 steps and the terrace. A horse and 3 Carinthian spectacled sheep are kept. 2-room house 48 m2 on 2 levels. Stylish and romantic furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook, hi-fi system and electric heater. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 330 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bedroom is reached via a steep wooden staircase, which is secured in the room with a grated door.

The romantic hut is situated in a beautiful old orchard. The train is a bit annoying. The cottage is well equipped. The narrow bed has an uncomfortable mattress. The spacious balcony offers nice relaxation and views of the horse and sheep.

Small but fully furnished. Nice weather necessary. In bad weather little seating comfort. Worn out chairs on the patio. Friendly owner. Lots of privacy and pleasantly close to the forest.
