Our group of six had no issue paying the £75 deposit each (£450 in total). However, we were very disappointed to find that part of our deposit was withheld after our stay. We were charged for not disposing of our rubbish, despite the apartment being self-cleaning and us thoroughly cleaning every room—leaving it in better condition than when we arrived. Before checking out, I even filmed the entire apartment as a precaution, showing every room spotless. When I submitted the video to dispute the charge, the appeal was rejected, with the claim that not all areas were shown—despite clear footage of the whole apartment. It feels unfair and disheartening, especially since we went out of our way to leave the place spotless. I suspect we’re not the only guests who’ve had this experience—it seems like an easy way to withhold deposits from groups assuming they won’t challenge it. I’d advise future guests to be very cautious and document everything thoroughly should you want to risk staying here & getting charged extra.

I stayed at this hotel on my university ski trip, and I feel extremely disappointed with the experience we all had. First of all, they provided one roll of toilet paper for a 6 person apartment for a week meaning we were forced to also pay for this ourselves and no shops had any in stock meaning we had to use tissues for the entire week when using the toilet. However this is not the main issue. Upon booking the trip, we payed a £75 deposit each towards the hotel to cover any potential damage to the room/ cleaning costs as we were also made to clean the entire room ourselves even after paying hundreds to stay there. We, as a group ensured the room was spotless, emptied all the bins, cleaned the fridge, we even picked out chewing gum which had been in the bin who knows how long to ensure we were not penalised of our deposit upon leaving the hotel. One of us also took a video of this room, and all of the bins to show that this had been done as we had a feeling that this would somehow be contested by the hotel. And as we expected, we all had all been charged “cleaning fees” to take the bins out. We sent the video to the hotel and to the booking company we used, and we were told that this was insufficient and the evidence had been rejected and the hotel was now shut as it was end of season. I believe this to be a huge scam as we can imagine this happened to a lot of young university student guests staying there that week as it was an easy way to make money as most would not contest it.

The hotel staff outright LIED to us about the ski in/ski out access when we called to confirm on the very same day we booked. Upon arrival, we found out there is ZERO ski in/ski out access for the 2025 season – and worse, the hotel made absolutely NO effort to resolve or even acknowledge their dishonesty. No apology, no assistance, just excuses. It’s clear they’re still falsely advertising ski access to lure people in. Consider this a warning to all future guests: you will be misled. If skiing convenience matters to you, avoid this place like the plague. There are far better and more honest options out there. The walk to the ski lift is 20+ mins now with the ski bus being so crammed there is no space to board. Simply don’t bother for the 2025 season, Hotel Manager declined a refund even though she is fully aware of the situation. Don’t bother with Sunweb, they offer no solutions to a lying hotel manager either!! There is ZERO SNOW HERE APRIL 2025…

MMV est toujours aussi satisfaisant que ce soit au moment de la réservation ou pendant le séjour sur place.Le personnel est accueillant et attentionné, le logement fonctionnel est bien équipé et les parties communes de la résidence sont agréables et maintenus en très bon état.

Property was perfect for pur family

Nieuw hotel met de (on)nodige mankementen. We zaten in kamer F102, appartement voor 6 personen. Eigenlijk te klein voor 6 personen en totaal geen berging om uw kleren te leggen. We hebben in de kast een handdoek op de grond gelegd om onze kleren op te leggen, kon niet anders. Bij aankomst was onze kamer helemaal niet proper, veel stof onder de bedden, nog haren aan de afloop van het bad en zeepresten van onze voorgangers. De douche deur in de t****e badkamer liet water door dat tot in de gang liep, na melding snel opgelost. Ons hoeslaken was veel te klein, na melding snel aangepast. Wat vooral afschuwelijk was was een felle riool geur in de hele kamer, gewoon degoutant. Bij melding kreeg dit geen gehoor. In de garage, kelder, ligt er nog veel stof en vuil van de bouw. Ontbijt simpel maar wel lekker. Aangenaam zwembad meer wel oppassen, zeer gevaarlijke gladde vloer!! Wij gaan niet meer terug naar dit complex.
