"We arrived a bit early to check in, but were denied by the front desk staff. We asked if we could use the restroom, it was also denied. The staff said the restroom was closed. We asked if we could get a ground floor room because we have bikes, she said they don't have the ground floor available. We got the room on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator on site. We stayed there for two nights, some people were running, yelling, screaming at night in the hallway, very noisy. No housekeeping removes trash, no fan in the bathroom. However, the room was clean when we were checking in and spacious."

Holiday Inn Express & Suites VERNON by IHG

"Pretty dated and not very well maintained. The phone in our room was dead. Water seemed to be leaking out from the bottom of bathtub. Upside was a good size Queen bed. The breakfast spread was very basic; toast, pancake, coffee, apple juice, oatmeal, milk and yogurt."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast was provided and the young worker even came to tables to offer fresh cooked eggs before she placed them in the tray at the buffet. Very thoughtful. The pool was clean and warm and the location of the hotel worked well for us. We’d stay here again."

"Great location with a Denny's restaurant attached. Building is older however and there is no elevator. The king sized beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Would have given more stars if they allowed people to collect the rewards points when booking through a 3rd party website but they do not allow this according to the lady who checked me in. All around, nice stay, very quiet and comfortable. Will be back for sure."

"كانت إقامتنا في الفندق رائعة. كان معظم الموظفين رائعاً ، ويقدم الموظفون خدمة ودية /لطف والتوفيق - حتى سمح لنا بمزيد من الوقت. كانت منطقة المطبخ دائماً مخزنة ونظيفة!! الإفطار متنوع وجيدة. يحتوي الفندق على مواقف مجانية للسيارات ، وهي لا تتوافر على الإطلاق. منشأة الفندق تحتاج إلى اهتمام/ صيانة وتطوير واحتياجاتنا (حمام بخار سوداء وارتداء النوافذ والملاعق في الحمام والناموسية الرديئة ومزقها الستائر في الممر واحتواء على شرفات وحجز غرفة واحدة من قبل أسرتنا) كان بإمكاني رؤية الفندق القيام ببعض الأعمال مع تخزين حاويات معدنية خارج المبنى ووضع ينابيع علب السرير في الخارج على الشرفة - هذا واضح من منطقة الأكل التي كانت غريبة نوعا ما أن ترى سريرا قديما أثناء تناول الإفطار!"
