"One of the best places I have stayed in, among the last 18 days in France. Let me begin with the service. Despite the heavy snow going on, the concierge stayed outside to carry all our luggage with smiles and advised us on how/where to park… At the Peacock bar, Mr Leon was an amazing host , extremely helpful in all our various enquiries! Perfect concierges on top of his waiter skills. (I would say he topped the service skills to all my hotel experiences in the last 20 years). Finally the service at breakfast was really professional yet extremely friendly/caring and helpful given the heavy snow situation and all the driving restrictions around; the staff really cared and advised us on potential options to ease our journey. The only other note would be on the breakfast food quality and variety. It was just perfect. Nothing to say. All choices. Upper quality. Thank you. Let s hope we come back soon!"

"The room was truly tiny, not even as big as a budget hotel in China. Even for a four-star hotel, it couldn't even fit a 28-inch suitcase. The double beds were all 1.5 meters long, not even 1.8 meters. I don't know how those overweight European couples squeezed in; they'd fall to the floor if they rolled over. The basement garage can only accommodate five or six cars, with a narrow entrance and low interior, so you could easily bump into each other. Breakfast was also simple: fried eggs, bacon, bread, juice, and the like. However, the hotel's location is quite good, right in town, a ten-minute walk from the Palace of Versailles and the metro station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, a supermarket 200 meters away, and a self-service coin-operated laundry a few dozen meters downstairs."

"It was the best hotel! We were upgraded to a room with a bathtub. The staff were very kind and the amenities were perfect. It's a 5-minute walk from the Palace of Versailles. The location is perfect. I took a taxi from the station to get there, but it's only about a 10-minute walk, so I took a walk back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Nice hotel situated in front of the royal garden. Very friendly and helpful personnel. I did not have time for a breakfast (which was not included), but the lady at the reception proposed me a bottle of water. The room itself is ok with spacious bathroom. There is a kettle, but you need to find it (in the wardrobe), and the socket is down on the floor, which is not that convenient. The TV had a very bad signal. It’s ok for a one night after busy day."

"We really enjoyed the location at this apartment and it was very clean. There are bakeries, cafes and shops in the street, however because of this you will likely hear the noise of people chatting outside until midnight. No trouble or drunk people just the noise carries up if you're at the front. We rented a 4 person apartment and were surprised as it was like a studio, with large bed plus sofa bed in same room. Apparently if your apartment is in Batement A, this is the layout, but Batement B has a wall separating the 2 beds. We did not mind being in the same space but it is good to know. Also, we were on the 4th floor with quite old fashioned uneven stairs, and no lift. We loved it and would go back but good to know about stairs, layout and noise of people outside in advance. The apartment had a hairdryer, nespresso, fabulous shower, and felt very safe and clean. Would recommend if happy to climb stairs and don't mind heating street chatter."
