phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

The Oswego Hotel is located in downtown Victoria just behind the beautiful Parliament building and the inner harbour. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was convenient and tasty.

It was pleasant experience for us to stay here in Victoria. This place was quite close to legislature building, and fisherman’s wharf that my family mainly wanted to check.

環境：鬧中取靜，步行去博物館和議會廳都不遠。 衞生：乾淨整潔 設施：沒有空調衹有風扇，趕上了高温天有點熱，好在夜晚温度還是降了下來。 沙發床舒適度較差，衹能勉強應付一覺。

非常好的入住體驗，套房可做飯，樓高風景好，可以看見議會大廈的綠頂，交通方便，步行可以到許許多多景點。

It’s sooo good and tidy! The location is awesome! Definitely will book it again!

房間設施新，有格調，裝修細節無處不透露着精緻！ 衞生乾淨整潔，環境安靜！ 服務：前台服務熱情、態度友善 廚房設備齊全，可以自行烹飪 最關鍵價格還很美麗！ 以後來維多利亞肯定首先！

This concierge charged me CAD 50 for a 40mins. delay in my check out. I thought this is very bad for a first timer and to think I have even ask for a late check out and they agree. I have stayed in many 5-stars hotel and this is by far the worst scam.

スリッパ、歯ブラシのアメニティはなかった 皿、グラス、洗剤など長期で滞在しても快適に過ごせそう コンロ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、オーブンもあり。 部屋は広く、テーブル、クローゼットもあるため複数人でも広々使えた。 フェリーポート行きのバス停から徒歩10分程、坂道もなくアクセスも良かった

房間設施等等的不錯，但是我們在攜程預訂的房型是一大床，一沙發床，這種房型面積也大（並且這個酒店在攜程網和booking網上所展示的房型都是大床或者雙床加沙發床），可以住三人。但是到了酒店，拒不給我們所預訂的房型，給的是大床加小沙發椅，房間也小了很多，並且態度非常惡劣。打了攜程客服，攜程處理的無能為力，並且表示自己無責（看着酒店房型截圖，對比了不同設定日期的房型，都是帶有沙發床的。我們當初預訂時候就是按照滿足住三人來搜尋的，我們能訂錯嗎？），對攜程很失望，這麼大公司缺少擔當！
