房間內設施是不錯的，但這次給到我的房間毫無風景可言，窗外就是天井，視野很狹隘，感覺住的不是麗思卡爾頓酒店，體驗感很不好！

非常棒！在中心城區，離金色大廳很近！

維也納麗思卡爾頓依託於歷史名宅，整座酒店充斥着歷史和藝術氣息。但也因為這個原因，房間的面積不大，卧室燈光不足，設施較為老舊。不過浴室的設施還是非常到位的，用料紮實，設備齊全，燈光充沛。 早餐是完全點單制，工作人員從迎賓到點餐到上菜一條龍服務，體驗非常棒。用餐環境優雅，食物精緻美味。 離店退房的時候前台贈送了小食品作為禮物，並且詢問是否需要在交通上提供一些幫助，熱情禮貌，體驗感很好。酒店的禮賓車是奔馳S，送到機場花費60歐元，供參考。

A great location in the heart of the city, with good cleanliness and services. The staff were friendly, and what stood out most was the warm welcome at the breakfast restaurant. I stayed in a Premium Deluxe Room which has a very high ceiling. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of Stadtpark was beautiful, and the hotel's location is very convenient for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Some places you visit, and some places stay with you. The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is one of those places. Every detail, every smile, every moment here has a soul. And then… the kitchen. I was so blown away that I had to ask who was behind it all. That’s how I learned about Thomas and Lukas – the masterminds leading a team that creates pure culinary magic. I had to capture the moment because this wasn’t just a meal – it was a gastronomic journey that’s hard to describe and even harder to forget. If perfection exists, this must be it.
