Dear Hotel Leonardo Vienna Management,
I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Room #417. The condition of the room and the level of service were unacceptable.
I took a shower, and the bathroom floor immediately flooded. It appears that the floor is not properly sloped, and the water does not drain correctly. As a result, the entire bathroom, including the toilet area, was flooded with 1–2 cm of water. This rendered the toilet completely unusable.
I contacted the front desk at around 21:00 and requested that someone come to assist and help drain the water. The only response I received was, "That's it. There is no service at this hour." I was told to simply place multiple towels on the floor.
This is not even a minimal standard for any hotel—let alone one that charges for basic accommodations. In the end, the bathroom was unusable, soaked with water and wet towels.
This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
