Best Western Plus Amedia Wien Reviews

Not welcoming staff at all. Despite putting the sign “clean the room” the room was only cleaned once in 5 days and only after complaining at the reception. I asked to clean it again on the 4th day of stay and even asked the reception, the room hasn’t been cleaned. I generally do not leave negative reviews but I felt that my voice needs to be heard. The hotel is not at the BW standards. Having old dirty tissues in the room is not OK. The walls in the room were dirty as well (see 2nd photo). During the night I was woke up by the tv which suddenly turned on. When complained at the reception, was told that they have some networking issues. For hotel in an international city like Vienna, one would expect at least a couple of channels in English/ this was not the case. The lobby is very old and run down. The breakfast was OK but too expensive for what they offer.

It was alright. No early check in but can store luggage so we could tour right away. Initially gave us the wrong room but changed after i highlighted. Breakfast was indeed good but coffee not so nice though. I'll stay again next time.

One of the staff was sooooo helpful and nice! My QBB train cancelled and she helped me with calling the customer service at night. Thanks so much! The room is quiet and clean!

Hotel is in a great location when coming by bus or train. Room was nice and breakfast was very good too.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

Location is slightly away from central. Room is small and temperature is too hot and unable to adjust AC by individual resident at all. Staff member knocked my door at 9pm and asked whether I need room service. Unbelievable! Over rated as a 4-star hotel.

Everything was great. The family room is very spacious and it was clean. The breakfast was good either. We especially enjoyed the yoghurt with fruits and nuts. The staff is kind and helpful.

The hotel was located at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes walk away from a metro station. The room was not big, marginally enough for the use of a solo traveller. The hotel was aged and the furniture in the room was outdated, needed to be replaced.

When we arrive The reception said there was no requirement for a high floor.Some rooms are noisy.

The hotel is clean and functional. We especially like that it is so conveniently located, 3 minutes to the bus stop that will take you to the center within few minutes. It has a very supermarkets and have some very nice restaurants.

Did not cleaned our room for from our entire 3 nights stay. We have call for towel change daily. Very basic amenity and parking is expensive for guest (19 Euro per night
