Apartments Next to Vienna Stateopera with Aircondition

It is a great location, apartment was perfect for my family of 7, very clean, great air condition, very comfortable, only thing was communication but other than that it was great.

Overall, this was a pretty terrible experience. The opera 1 penthouse suite photos displayed on ******* do not represent the actual apartment. The apartment air conditioning did not work, ant infestation, locks did not work, no safety evacuation plan, broken door, steps to the loft were coming apart, shower and sink would not drain, and furnishings are different than reflected in the photos. In my opinion, this is a complete misrepresentation of the lodging and I would suggest if you are going to Vienna, look for somewhere else to stay. This place is a nightmare.

The entrance, hallway, staircase, and elevator in this place are straight out of a horror movie. The apartment wasn’t much better. Dirty, unkept, and in poor condition. Don’t waste your vacation money here when there are so many other options in Vienna. I gave it 2 stars because of the view and location.

In my opinion, the apartment we stayed in was in horrible condition and the online photos' they display on ******* and their own website are deceiving and misrepresent the actual apartment's current condition and furnishings. I have never experienced this degree of variance between their photos and the the accommodations The apartment was also very dirty. There is no smoke detectors, no emergency evacuation plans, front door deadbolt broke, door to patio off hinges wi-fi not working, no working air-conditioning, ant infestation everywhere in the apartment including the shower, shower and sink wouldn't drain, stains on the walls and floors in bathroom, holes in wall that someone tried to patch. Furniture in their photos in some rooms did not exits. Closet was full of dirty linens. I question if anybody with the rental company is actually inspecting this apartment. The condition and deferred maintenance suggest they are not, or simply don't care about the guest experience. These are just some of the issues we encountered. I would strongly recommend considering other accommodations if you plan to visit Vienna.

Un lugar céntrico pero no funciona el Internet, la llegada es muy complicada , llena de instrucciones, el depósito no te lo devuelven de inmediato, y si tienes algún problema nadie te va a ayudar , además que la calefacción no funciona bien

Excellent location, well stocked with housewares, linens, and supplies, and fantastic communication with us prior to arrival.
