酒店裝修典雅，交通十分便利，前台小姐姐一直微笑服務，很有親和力。但早餐自助餐廳一位扎長馬尾的年輕女服務員態度冷漠，我們三次用早餐，從來不主動和我們打招呼，即使過來詢問房間號碼也是鐵板著臉，態度生硬，讓人感覺很不好，但她對其他歐美客户態度反轉，我們感覺受到了歧視對待。還有每天用餐均有2個不同的服務員過來詢問房間號，礙於語言障礙，沒法當場和她們理論，這種服務是四星酒店應有的標準嗎

酒店地理位置特別好，維也納市中心步行街旁，離施華洛世奇很近。逛街買東西都很方便，離景點都近，就在斯蒂芬主教堂旁邊。

พนักงานน่ารักเป็นมิตรและสุภาพ ห้องพักสะอาด มีอ่างให้ได้แช่น้ำร้อยซึ่งมันสบายมากๆในช่วงฤดูหนาว ทำเลที่พักอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินนิดเดียวถึงสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน หรือจะเดินออกไปขึ้นรถรางก็ไม่ไกลมาก ประมาณ 500 เมตร

位置太好了，出門什麼都有，旁邊就是大教堂，離所有景點都可以步行到達，門口吃飯逛街都方便。出門100米就是地鐵站
