This is best hotel I have never been even way better than many 5start hotel in Europe, I was feel home. I love every single staff,I even can remember every single staff face. Just amazing place to stay. I’m still traveling Europe since January to today, really want to comeback again just for the staff and the hotel.

the closest subway station, Rathaus, is closed for renovation that means you have to walk about 15-20 minutes from other stations. the bed sheet was not cleaned so as the sink. but the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location , room is clean
Not secure as no staff would check your passport information when arrival late for check in and when I lost my room keys.
No kettle in room for hot water, not a good choice for Chinese people
Requested higher floor when I was checked in a room on the 1st floor .

Hotel is well situated in the Josefstadt. Tram just a few minutes away and lots of Restaurants close by. The Hotels own Wine Bar served wine mainly from the immediate Region.
Friendly staff, breakfast with everything one needs and rooms a little larger than average made our stay very pleasant. We will come back for sure.

Really enjoyed the penthouse room, really really high ceiling and large windows. Had some trouble getting the blings down though. Huge bathroom with great bathtub. Will stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.

Overall it's clean and the air conditioning is cold enough. The only drawback is that the shower room will easily flood out if there is water. This is probably mainly due to the height difference in the bathroom and the speed of water outflow and drainage. But maybe the weather here is very dry, so the water will dry up the next day. Other than that, I really recommend this place, it’s very cost-effective🥳
