Hotel la Lucertola

To start, upon arrival, the concierge forgot to return our passport and asked us to go to floor T. if we hadn’t asked, he wouldn’t have then scanned the passport and return it back to us. Upon entering the room, we realized it was a sealed unit. there was no window and the lights were dim. we are very discouraged in staying in. the location wasn’t the best either, it was in the middle between the pier and the town, which makes it difficult to get to either way. at the day of the check out, we were expecting to check out at the 11:30am as that was the instruction on trip.com, it just so happened that the elevator was broken, so we called for a later check out. It wasn’t until the call the lady at the concierge told me that the check out was at 11, despite trying to reason with her and let her know that wasn’t what we anticipated, she said 11 and asked us to hurry. we then of course had to pack our things and be on our way. by the way, the price of this hotel was nearly 200usd per night. for this price, I wouldn’t have expected poor concierge service and a mouldy hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, there are a lot better choice for this price in AirBnB.

Attenzione al cliente pari a 0. Andato per il cenone di capodanno, a mia figlia che non piace il pesce, ho chiesto una variante, naturalmente avrei pagato l'extra, non si sono minimamente preoccupati di provvedere. Conclusione una bimba di 12 anni é rimasta digiuna, ALLA FACCIA DELL'ACCOGLIENZA.

The perfect hotel to stay in Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip , amazing hotel with fantastic view of the sea , fabulous stuff and great service. Room was very good , very balcony, comfortable bed TV screen with wide variety of channels including free sky sport channels , even there was afree safe box in the room.Free parking and great location very close to swimming beaches , restaurants and shops . I highly recomend this fantastic hotel.
