Wonderful modern hotel with amazing breakfast and great service. Very comfortable bed. Would easily add it to a 5 star. 20 EUR fee access to wellness I found a bit disappointing. Otherwise all great.

The facilities were clean and it was nice because it was a new building. I rested well because there was an ocean in front of me. The breakfast was good. I applied for breakfast beforehand, but due to a communication error with the female staff at the restaurant, the staff charged me, but the front desk staff handled it well.

The best hotel I could recommend I would say it’s a 5⭐️ for me. The room the location perfect and great service I would recommend to everyone that want to visit Vigo should book this hotel See the hotel photos I have uploaded

It is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room! The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese! Only two little things need to be improved : 1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines! 2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.! Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Super hotel

The suite was filthy; there was hair and yellow liquid on the towels—it hadn't been cleaned at all. The agent shirked responsibility and refused to help communicate with the hotel, which was terrible. Luckily, one of my travel companions spoke Spanish and managed to argue with the hotel reception. They compensated us €30 for 3 days of parking plus €90 for dog cleaning. However, my suite cost approximately €300 per night.

The hotel's location is super good, vacation feeling full, a few minutes walk to the seaside, seaside vacation super many, booked balcony room can directly see the hotel's outdoor swimming pool and hotel's outdoor dining area, indoor swimming pool needs to be paid separately, the hotel before check-in for children in advance prepared toddler's shampoo, shower gel, bath towels and slippers. ! !

Everything was perfect overall: clean room, good service, and a good location. However, for a 4-star hotel, it's surprising not to find the usual amenities in the bathroom (toothbrush, cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, shower cap, etc.). It's a minor detail, but these items are generally provided in hotels of the same category.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is simply perfect, right in front of Samil beach, but it was a shame it was raining during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their face, which made all the difference. Another point that deserves to be highlighted is the cleanliness: everything was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The environment is welcoming and well-kept, transmitting comfort and security. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

Just the bed with two mattresses, which was a shame, but otherwise a very good stay, we loved it!

Excellent breakfast, extremely clean, great pool, great location outside the city center, but the bus stops right outside and takes you into the city center for €1.65. Nice walking paths along the promenade across from the hotel! Everything was perfect!

Hotel located in front of Samil beach, with a magnificent spa and a pool open from 11:00 to 21:00. The staff is very attentive and the facilities are very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!
