The individual guest rooms are immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, featuring gorgeous blue-painted windows and doors. Attention to detail is apparent in every aspect, from the intricate metalwork displaying the room numbers to the handmade leather keychains embossed with their bird logo. The common room at Budino de Serrascera is a haven of comfort and convenience. A well-stocked fridge ensures you have all you need, while the library caters to every interest, offering books on local fauna and delightful children's books. This space feels like a home away from home, providing everything you could possibly want or need. Breakfast at Budino de Serrascera is nothing short of extraordinary. Imagine starting your day with fresh-squeezed orange juice, the best coffee you've had since leaving home, and a delectable home-baked cake with hints of orange zest and olive oil. The spread also includes yummy toast, fresh sliced strawberries, creamy butter and jam, an assortment of cheese and marmalade, and divine honey that leaves you salivating at the memory. The hosts at Budino de Serrascera go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. They arranged for us to dine at a nearby restaurant, even driving us there to ensure we had another amazing meal. Their kindness extended further when they personally drove me to another hotel to make my luggage pickup time. The grounds of Budino de Serrascera are a tranquil paradise. Mama and baby donkeys peacefully graze, keeping the lawn neatly mowed, adding to the serene atmosphere. The landscaping features vibrant potted geraniums, citrus trees, and grapevines, creating a colorful and inviting environment. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the opportunities to discover various species, thanks to the inn's secluded location away from the noise of the main highway. A nearby stream provides a soothing lullaby, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Budino de Serrascera is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience. The dedication and passion of the hosts shine through in every detail, making this bed and breakfast a true gem along the Camino. This Villa is located away from the camino. We stopped at Oia and we got a cab to the property. The owners are very nice people. They got our clothes and shoes that were totally wet from the pouring rain and put it to dry in a special place to dry. Our apartment was nice and clean, with a small fridge microwave, oven, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Everything was very clean, well decorated....the owner offered to make dinner for us for 20 Euros per person. We were too tired to eat or do anything extra. The Villa is more than 400 years old! They have a common area that is very comfy. My and my group had a great night here.
