We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend in Villa Garcia. This place surpassed our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Very friendly staff. Very nice bar and food area. Lovely pool that had a chilled vibe. I can imagine this place being a beautiful wedding venue too! We didn’t explore the local area much, but I would recommend for a long weekend as there didn’t seem to be much around and transport is quite limited (no uber or public transport). We hope we have a reason to return in the future!

This hotel was a highlight of our recent visit to Galicia. The photos online seemed perhaps too good to be true, but happily, this place is every bit as good as it looks. It's one of two places in our experience where my wife has said "Can we afford this?" as we arrived. My best guess about it being truly affordable is that Villagarcia de Arosa is a bit off the beaten path. This is good news for travelers - our room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we encountered, and our dining experiences in the bar were delightful. The only glitch I encountered was, being a massive stone building, that wifi tended not to extend into the rooms. The upside was that when I needed a better connection, I ended up spending more time in the magnificent common areas than I typically do in hotels. Between the gardens/grounds and multiple grand rooms extending off the lobby, this was one of the most enjoyable hotels to explore that I've ever visited.

From check-in onward the service throughout our stay was great. We'd toured the north of Spain and were using this stop for 5 nights at the end to relax. This hotel was absolutely spot on with a good pool and close to beaches and amenities. What made it for us was the service though, always friendly, polite and helpful. The service was led by the hotel director, who personally dealt with a issue for us - it would have been a trivial thing for him, and certainly nothing he need worry about, but he took it on and solved it for which we were very grateful. Just as good for families and couples.

Un buen sitio para alojarse, una muy buena piscina …. Al trabajar en él sector hay cosas que se ven que se pueden mejorar, pero en general un muy buen sitio. Todo muy bien conservado y la atención muy buena, el personal muy bien y las habitaciones , cómodas.

Un lugar perfecto en Galicia para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Al hotel no se le puede poner un pero, tan solo la calidad del wifi que al menos en la planta 1 no llegaba. Por lo demás, genial tanto habitación como desayuno y personal. La piscina le da un plus sin duda.

Para mi el único "pero" es que necesitas coche para todo. De no ser por eso le pondría las 5* en la valoración. Es un pazo reconvertido en hotel y está precioso y muy bien conservado. Nuestra habitacion enorme, perfecta, limpia, recién pintada y el baño igual, muy bien. El bufet del desayuno un poco justo pero dentro de lo correcto. Supongo que en temporada alta igual sea mas variado. Pero sin queja ninguna

Pazo O Rial es sin duda un gran lugar de alojamiento y descanso, y el personal es muy amable en todo momento. Quizás la pega es que se encuentra alejado y no hay tiendas o restaurantes próximos. Se cena bien, y el desayuno bufet es muy rico y variado con unos bizcochos caseros deliciosos.
