Hyvin siisti hotelli, sijainti Ok. Aamiainen kehno, ei vihanneksia. Nakit vetisiä ja muut leivänpäälliset yksipuolisia. Huoneen hyvin siistejä, siivous päivittäin. Kuljetus rannalle ja satamaan hyvä.

Spacious apartment with very large bathroom and shower, small kitchen and good sofa, along with a TV in the lounge and the bedroom. Nice coffee in the cafe and the staff were all lovely. Great book exchange too!

I read some dodgy reviews recently for this accommodation so wanted to give an honest Joe review. I returned today after spending an 11 night break with my mum. I can truly say it's one of the nicest places I've ever been. The staff can't do enough for you. If there's an issue let them know. No point waiting until you get home to have a moan. I wrote to the accommodation to ask for a room on the ground floor as I'd read that some rooms were down a lot of stairs. We had no stairs at all. We stayed in 402. It looks exactly like the picture. Always lots of sun loungers no matter what time of day it is. One day at 10am there were 4 people around the pool. No early morning scramble here. Lots of sunshades and natural shade from trees. We didn't have breakfast or an evening meal there so can't comment but the snack bar was nice. The 2 guys who do the shuttle bus into Vilamoura marina and the beach were totally reliable, it was an amazing service. We jumped on the 10:30 bus had a gorgeous breakfast at the marina and then came home on the 13:40 after a milk shake or a tub of ice cream, heavenly. In the evening we returned to the marina for dinner. We used Uber. I'd never used it before but it was brilliant. It cost us about £8 return. Totally worth the effort, the most welcome ever waited was 5 mins. If you are ladies traveling and want to feel safe then this will work for you. They give you the registration and the drivers name. We went from never having used it to making 19 journeys!! Albufeira by Uber is also really cheap and avoids the panic of where and when to catch the bus, we did it for £17 return. Accommodation has excellent air con (free) comfy pool loungers and a teapot!!! I always pack one but they actually provide it. I asked for something for my mum to stand on in the shower, expecting a towel, but I got a proper suction bath mat. They really do go above and beyond. Please don't go here if you want a wild time, but if you want some peace and quiet to relax and don't mind jumping into an Uber for dinner then you will have the very best of both worlds!! We did. To the staff who looked after myself and my mum 80+ can I just say thank you!

This was a 5 day Mother and daughter break, for my Mum who needed a holiday after a difficult year. On the website this looked a basic but clean hotel in a tranquil setting - which suited what we wanted from our short stay. The reality however was very different. Hotel: 1 star. We arrived at 1pm and was told to wait til 3.30pm for check in. We spent these hours having a bite to eat in the cafe area. Eventually the hotel worker found us and gave us a key and said go and find your room with a rudimentary point to an area by the pool. On the website the rooms look like sweet little bungalows by the pool. What it doesn’t tell you is that the rooms go under the nice looking ones down several grim flights of stairs and are underground. Ours was the room right at the bottom of the stairs . Anyone would have struggled to take a suitcase down these stairs but it is especially hazardous for people with any disabilities or bad knees or a bad back. My 75 year old Mum who had a bad back could not manage this and we were offered no assistance at all. Once we opened the apartment door we were greeted with a dingy windowless room with a dated circa 1970s kitchenette. Where’s the bedroom we thought.. We went down more steps and found a bathroom that was so old it belonged on the antiques road show! Another lot of steps down to the grimmest looking ‘bedroom’ with two wafer thin twin beds and a cheap pillows that were only half the size of bed width. That’s 3 lots of steps down to each room in the apartment - such a weird set up. As my Mum can't manage steps we requested a room change and was told none was available. So yes we were the ladies who said we are not staying here! Food: basic but okay. No menu choice. Cheap as chips and everything on the menu is something with chips. So if you love basic food you’d be happy. We were planning on eating out all holiday at the Marina so this didn’t overly bother us, but the accommodation did. 1 star at best. We’re now at the Four seasons who on arrival gave us a free upgrade after hearing about our awful experience, and gave us 2 glasses of Rose as a welcome gift. In summary don’t be fooled by the 3 star rating, but you might drop lucky and get a room that’s been semi updated on the ground level over looking the small pool.

Returned a few days ago from Hotel do golf. Traditional Portuguese apartments in a quiet area of Vilamoura. Used mini bus many times and local bus to Albufiera and opposite direction to beautiful Faro and then took ferry to beach. Pingo dolce supermarket 10 minutes away from hotel. Vilamoura Marina and beaches stunning. Portugese hospitality warm and friendly. Nicest gesture was hotel providing a birthday cake in celebration of a 60th birthday. Big thank you to Bella, Elsa, Sandra, our maid Christina, the fun and superb waiters in the restaurant and the manager who shook hands with us before leaving. A truly wonderful experience and would definitely holiday again here.

A fantastic lovely little hotel set in lovely little gardens , we stayed in a studio apartment and it was everything we needed , so so clean , was cleaned every day !! With fresh towels every day also,amazing! Staff were so lovely too , especially the pool bar staff , we were always made to feel welcome & the food was really good! Great shuttle bus service down to the marina and back 3 different times per day & if the bus was full they will do another trip. The area is very quiet but so nice , only one spar shop at the bottom of the road but has everything you would need with a lovely wee cafe/bakery attached with outside seating to enjoy your coffee ☕️. It was our first visit to Vilamoura but won’t be our last Thank you all.
