Vilamoura Garden Hotel

Fue una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel y el personal son excelentes. Fuimos en semana santa y cada día de nuestra instancia tuvimos un detalle en la habitación. Lo único a comentar es el spa, que cuando hay mucha demanda es complicado acceder.

Check was fast, friendly and efficient. Room was very good. Large bed, safe balcony, very clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with good choices in all areas. Pool looked clean but didn't use it. Dinner menu had a good selection of dishes but again did not use.

I booked a last minute weekend break to help my wife get over the passing of her mother earlier this year. We were absolutely blown away with the reception we got from the two ladies on reception. I believe one was called Grazia but I didn't catch the other girls name, both were the epitome of professionalism. Despite an early arrival at 11am our room was ready and we were given an unrequested upgrade to a huge room on the first floor overlooking the pool. We were delighted. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, complimentary water and two TVs which we never switched on. The other staff we met were also outstanding. The bar staff made the best jug/jugs of Sangria. Both who served us were excellent and knowledgeable, special mention to Tiago and another girl who's name I unfortunately didn't get. Both had a smile and song and really made the trip for us. The hotel is a nice 15 minute walk to the marina with a spar and a couple of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away. Worth a visit just for the Sangria, do not hesitate to visit this hotel.

Nice hotel room, easy and free parking, clean and variety of options at breakfast. Rang room service 3-4 times and no answer. My hotel room didn’t have tea/coffee refill filled correct, packets were left empty. When I asked the hotel they said we ran out and they’ll check and bring some up. They didn’t turn up.

Lovely hotel , we booked through jet 2 for this 4 star hotel , definitely don’t think it’s a 4 star though , staff was very helpful and friendly Not a bar as such where u can have a laugh and giggle and not busy at all ( yes it’s march I know that ) we upgraded for €20 a night which was worth it but had to wait 3 hours for our room ( yes we got there at 12 I know ) but that was fine , we used Ubers a lot as they were literally £3/4 into the marina and one day went to Albufeira which was £10 and a lot better place in my eyes , the smell in reception is very over powering and I am super sensitive with smells so hated it , breakfast was nice but not great . We had room service one night and wasn’t a massive choice and had to walk downstairs to order it as no one was picking up the phone A average stay but I’d go to albuferia next time
