The first floor features an open floor plan, living room, dining area spacious enough to gather with family and friends. Plenty of seating in the living room with a 65 inch smart TV that is mounted onto to a floor to celling stone fireplace where you can catch up on all your shows , desk, with large sliding glass doors allowing lots of natural light. Dining table seats six, 2 additional seats at the island, plus outdoor dining. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need to cook meals. Everything brand new, beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances: including refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
