Value for money hotel just 20 minutes from Verona if you have a car .

Avevamo letto diverse recensioni negative ed eravamo un po' prevenuti, invece ci siamo trovati bene! Camera pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, tutto funzionante. Staff gentile, ragazze delle pulizie simpaticissime. Il punto forte è la piscina, enorme, pulita, tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Le recensioni negative che avevamo letto sono eccessive e non veritiere.

This place is a terrible trap. If you have a booking and are able to cancel, please do ASAP. What you see is definitely not what you get. The room was so dam hot, that even when the obviously non functioning air conditioner was on for hours, we could not make it go under 27C. The WC kept leaking all night long, and even after asking for maintenance nobody came. The pillows where terribly flat and old, the phone to call the front desk did not work, the pool was empty and the “spa” it’s not included in what you pay and also has a minimum number of people to be activated (at additional payment per person). The restaurant serves only buffet so you have no lighter options for dinner or lunch… the room was old and damaged, there wasn’t even the toilet paper holding in place… apparently they do a lot of sport events with kids, I don’t ever want my kids there! The windows of the hotel even in higher floors still open wider enough for a 10 year old to fit in!!!. A complete disaster, waste of money, time and illusions of rest. DO NOT GO THERE. The only redeemable thing was the girl at the bar, her service was warm and close. And also the man from the front desk that tried his best… but is difficult to support bad infrastructure with kindness.

Hotel veramente pessimo, siamo stati 2 giorni nonostante una lamentela della temperatura insopportabile in camera non è fregato nulla a nessuno, con la conclusione che si è dormito malissimo. 4 stelle? nemmeno 1 gliene darei. Buffet molto povero, forniscono solo asciugamani grandi da doccia, su richiesta non danno nemmeno cuscini aggiuntivi, inqualificabile e soprattutto scuse campate in aria, e non hanno fatto nulla per riparare.

Ringrazio questo hotel mi ha salvato la vita mi ha dato da lavorare sono due sorelle gentili che lo gestiscono e sono brave persone oneste professionali e ti aiutano in tutti modi buona stagione un hotel pulito con tanti servizi Ve lo consiglio
