Hotel Boutique Yararaka

Nos hospedamos en el hotel el 12 de octubre del 2024, tuvimos una terrible experiencia. Inicialmente, en el hotel el techo está descubierto y se logra escuchar todo lo que pasa en las siguientes habitaciones, siendo muy incómodo para descansar, hay demasiado ruido. Por otro lado, que es muy grave, cuando íbamos a hacer pago de la siguiente noche, es decir, para la noche del 13 de octubre, la señora que hace el aseo con toda la desfachatez, nos dice que tenemos que desocupar la habitación en el preciso instante, porque ya estaba reservada, me parece el colmo porque no nos informaron con anticipación de esto, nos dejaron prácticamente con las maletas en la puerta, solamente por quitarnos el dinero de la primera noche, no nos avisaron acerca de la realidad de la disponibilidad de la habitación, son abusivos, inconscientes y oportunistas. Es un sitio que jamás recomendaría, aparentemente es muy bonito pero el servicio es muy malo, no se dejen engañar. Investigué y muchas personas se quejan de esta terrible situacion

Stayed 2 nights in Yararaka. The hotel is something special, because it looks like a barn with 1 big straw roof. The walls of the rooms are not going untill that roof, so all the rooms are connected. That means that you can hear everything from your neighbours and if someone gets the light on, you see it in your room. So, you have to be lucky to have quiet neighbours, and we were lucky!! I must say, we slept very well. The rooms are very basic. But we were lucky again to have a big room for 5 persons, and we were only 2. So we had place to put our luggage on the free beds. Bathroom was big, but again very basic with only cold water in the shower. But everything was clean. Even the breakfast was basic, but you can leave without being hungry. Small swimmingpool with some seats, and that was nice. Very central location, close to shops and restaurants and a nice walk to the river Magdalena.
