Cornucopia Bvi

If you are traveling to the BVI, you have got to stay at the Villa Cornucopia. Delicious breakfast served every morning on the deck with a wonderful view. The beach is a short walk and chairs and umbrellas were provided in a wagon. The beach is peaceful and relaxing and the water is perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the most comfortable bedding that i have ever slept in! The staff are very accommodating and friendly and provide daily room cleaning. The owners, Inge and Rose, are wonderful hosts and assure all of your needs are met. I highly recommend Villa Cornucopia for your stay on Virgin Gorda!!!

The short review of Villa Cornucopia BVI is “JUST GO!!!”. It will absolutely be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays that you will ever have….anywhere. We stayed for five days in June 2023 and can’t wait to get back. The former private villa that was destroyed during Hurricane Irma in September of 2017 has been meticulously restored with loving care by the current owners, Inge and Rose. No detail was left untouched—all done to perfection. So you start with an exquisite facility that is extremely comfortable—from the luxurious linens to the cherished antiques—a huge bed with a view and an amazing shower that will accommodate both of you easily! Then along comes a delicious breakfast of your choice prepared by your personal chef and staff, enjoyed in the shade and breeze on the veranda overlooking a colorful, manicured garden, then a view of The Baths and Sir Francis Drake Channel. The rest of the day is yours to explore one of the friendliest, quietest, most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, or take a less than two minute walk to a stunning beach where you will probably be the only one(s) there, or just relax in your room or on your private balcony or patio with a good book and do nothing….a major decision you must make each day. There are an abundant number of excellent local places for lunch and dinner on Virgin Gorda: Bath and Turtle, Chez Bamboo, Mad Dog, Island Pot, Top of the Baths, Good Vibes Bar & Grill, Bitter End Yacht Club, Hog Heaven, Leverick Bay, Coco Maya, Sugarcane, etc…. All we tried and all we recommend!! Now, JUST GO and ENJOY!!!

What a find!! This magnificently tranquil place was beyond my expectations The welcome from Inge just amazing The comfort of the rooms, the fabulous linens, the friendly staff, the magnificent breakfast with such a choice and nothing too much trouble Access to one’s own almost private beach In my opinion the best on the island accessible in two minutes but only on foot or by boat!! I was made to feel so special and cosseted I will return as I would have preferred to stay Thank you Inge and Rose

An incredibly special place and an absolutely wonderful stay. Extremely comfortable and beautiful room; exquisite style and attentiveness to detail in every aspect of the villa, room, and breakfast. Breakfast was our absolute favorite. The beach is a very close walk - we especially recommend watching sunset from the beach over the neighboring archipelago! Gorgeous bathroom and the surrounding area is so natural and authentic. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed at the Inn at Cornucopia for 9 days, and got to fully unwind. Little Trunk Bay, a beautiful and peaceful little beach, is an easy 5 minute walk down the hill. The Inn itself is located in a quiet part of the island, but nevertheless only a short drive to Spanish Town. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable layout, and tastefully decorated. The grounds of the Inn are well maintained, and you'll get to enjoy views of the ocean and the island archipelago either from your room or from the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast -- the team at Cornucopia will indulge you to one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen at a hotel, ranging from pancakes and coconut bread to omelettes and home-made smoked salmon. Can't complain at all. 10/10 would go again.
