Elevator was broken so it took a very long time to get wherever you needed to go within the hotel. Food in hotel was good enough to eat if you don’t want to leave. & the location is perfect if you want the mix of the calm and l beach shopping. And a few blocks up there’s plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Great place for families to visit and couples.

Walked in and was instantly welcomed by Ronnie Hunter and Tenee to park our car. And the staff around them was wonderful. Our room was great time. We actually had no issues and I think this hotel staff went above and beyond to make that possible. Even the housekeeping staff stayed on top of our room with clean towels for our family of 5. Restaurant was wonderful as well- overall - Great hotel.

I am Hilton Honor for more than 10 years, this was the worst experience ever. The hotel has the bad service staffs. I travel around the world and be loyalty and always pick Hilton as the first choice. The service of staffs is the most important reason of my choosing besides of the other things like the room size, location, cleanliness etc. 1. Valet staff at night shift: We had the bad experiences since the first night when we checked in. The valet was not very nice, we parked at the front and while we took our stuffs out from our car & put to the cart, a valet staff came to say to my husband to move the car! He was very impolite. 2. The restaurant: we read the reviews and most people said the restaurant has very good food. Really? Seriously? We order a hamburger and crab cakes with rice. The hamburger meat was gross ! The crab cake was made from Fish, no crab meat, rice was uncooked. Over priced! 3. Breakfast restaurant: You have to pay for your breakfast, it’s not including in your room rate (even yiu pay almost $500 per night!).The breakfast was so simple, just make it looks special by adding the omelette station. All staffs are ok, except the lady at the omelette station. She is not friendly at all. Not smiling or willing to service. 4. The breakfast restaurant : The same lady at the omelette station, probably be the restaurant manager. The morning of the day we had checking out, we came down to the breakfast area and asked them if we could borrow 2 plates to our room and we will return them back, but she said “NO”. We could not bring any plates out from the restaurant! What?!?! I paid for ~$1,000 for 2 nights, but we couldn’t even borrow the plates to our room for preheat our food in the microwave? 5. The Toilet : After we flushed, no water coming out to filling up. We have to open it and fixing it every time we use.

For the price $300 plus per night not really feeling it, self park valet addition $20 or $30 of course, staff dry not very friendly. Their idea of holding your luggage until Check in is sitting unmaned next to the checking counter. 4pm check in 11 am check out, 19 hour day for full day pay🙄🤔first and last stay.

We took this trip with our 8-month-old son. It was his first trip to a beach. We had a fantastic time. Ronnie and the valet parking staff greeted us at the door with a smile and helped us get a cart. They took great care of our car after we unloaded. It was a great 4 days. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything that we needed was convenient to us. Our son enjoyed the beach! Lager Head restaurant had great burgers! We thought the location of the hotel was perfect. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay at this Hilton Garden Inn!

Had a nice time, Ronnie our valet was a huge help! Best part is it’s right on the beach. Pool was nice and not crowded. Easy walk to several nice restaurants like Driftwood Kitchen.
