Fairfield by Marriott Visakhapatnam

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the" squeeze" to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport . Food is good, facilities are good, there is swimming pool and the entire experience is a value for money.

Having stayed in Fairfield Marriott in Visakhapatnam for 2 weeks, my dining place was most in their Kava restaurant. Its environment is clean and comfortable. Although I could not took many spicy Indian food, some nice non-spicy dishes were still served. On the other hand, their warm, polite, and attentive services were much appreciated. The executive, Ms Prathiva was always courteous and accommodating by addressing my concerns and responding to my needs. She would also seek feedback from us. Mr.Surajit and Mr.Sukhendu who checked back regularly to understand my needs and offered assistance were also helpful and friendly. Their excellent service made my dining experience pleasant and memorable.

Ramalakshmi has given great service By cleaning the bathrooms well and arranging the cushions ina very nice way. Thankyou so much.
