"At the time of Checkin in, they did not find my reservation, even if I insisted to pass the booking code I had received, I explained that I had called in the hotel days before to confirm my reservation and the person confirmed.
After about 10 minutes of wait, the responsible person found the reservation.
It was a little big saying that the hotel does not make a telephone reservation confirmation ... Finally, as I had gone on this trip to participate in a competition, I didn't want to bother me with it. I just wanted to come and stay.

"Deceptive!
I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged."

"The location is better, just by the sea, there is a big supermarket not far from the side. Driving from the airport is just ten minutes. Breakfast is more general. In general. Very good."

"The hotel has an excellent location very close to a bar and restaurant area. It has many shopping near and just a few squares from the beach of the city. I felt it was a safe place. Very good attention to your staff. The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was very good and I had a very comfortable bed and I stayed a little bit small, though I have to say I knew it was to be by my choice when booking. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly return to this place."

GGuest UserMy stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well.
The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.

GGuest UserI didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.

Better than the shower, only the breakfast, we were impressed with the care. You can also have breakfast in the outdoor area, looking out over the sea and catching some sun. There was even a healthy cake option!

Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!

GGuest UserHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

The garage is very tight, and sometimes it is almost empty to put the car, and I wasn't late from shopping.
The room was reserved with 2 beds (1 couple and 1 single), only one bed was made with a dressed and one with a no, one with a dresser and another no. The room is very tight, but for the value paid in Victoria, it is good.

É a segunda vez que fico hospedado e provavelmente ficarei outras mais. Porém pela excelente infraestrutura do hotel, não achei o café da manhã proporcional a sua infraestrutura, é bom, mas poderia ter mais opções como por exemplo, sucos e pães que são limitados, mas tirando isso tudo perfeito!
