Soba uredna i čista, osoblje ljubazno. Doručak obilan i raznovrstan. Vrlo ugodan boravak u hotelu.

Meerdere keren terug moeten gaan naar balie omdat kaart ( deur) niet werkte. Airco werkte niet. Leek eerder een vliegmachiene dat opsteeg. Avondeten , meerdere keren hetzelfde. Lange wachtrijen. Veel te warm indeze ruimte vooral 's avond. 4 sterren , eerder 2 en 2 in de lucht. Verbleven in hoofdgebouw. Badkamer rioollucht. Dan is er van kamer gewisseld

salle de bains tres petite , douche cabine minuscule; frigo hors service dans la chambre .Balcons a rénover (rouille); Restauration tres quelconque, produits industriels peu qualitatifs, petits desserts industriels toujours semblables; Peu de fruits frais et jamais au petit dejeuner; du gros débit avant tout dans cet hôtel ;beaucoup de taches sur les chaises du restaurant. Situation par contre excellente a 2 mn de la plage et 5mn a pied du centre de Vodice, mais ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles.

We have booked the accommodation, they advertise themselves with very favorable pictures on the accommodation search platforms, no one should fall for them, because they are not even close to the standard, to this day I still don't understand how they could get 4 stars. There is mold between the tiles in the bathroom, there is a sewer smell in the bathroom and there is very little space to store things. The room is terribly small and we went with a 2 year old child, it was terrible. It is a much bigger problem that the child could not even be taken out on the mini-terrace because it is life-threatening, you can actually fall out between the railing and the wall. We reported these to the management on the first day, who closed the matter by saying that all their rooms are the same, and they can't do anything. Unfortunately, I transferred 230€ more money than the mandatory deposit. We asked for our money back because we cannot tolerate this quality, and the balcony is life-threatening. After a lot of fighting and talking, they said that we have to stay there at least as much as the mandatory deposit covers the corresponding day or we will lose it completely, and we will get the part above that back. Several receptionists confirmed that this will happen. We would have liked at least an e-mail about this, but they refused to send it. Good. At night: the beds are very uncomfortable and there was only one very small pillow. Meals: on the whole, the food was varied and delicious, but the disappointing thing was that their own Dalmatian fish soup was made horribly. At one dinner, they had a second thought and postponed the opening by half an hour. A huge crowd gathered. It sounds good that drinks are included in the service, but the drinks available, beer, wine and soft drinks, were of the lowest quality. Parking is €10/day but they don't have any spaces. We asked for a room with a sea view, but it only had a sea view if I leaned out on the balcony. At least 4 days were covered by the mandatory deposit at the time of booking. We suffered all the way, and when we checked out, we parted ways with the receptionist so that they would send an email in the afternoon confirming that we would get the rest of our money back. Of course they didn't send it, we moved to another accommodation and called them every day to wait for the e-mail or our money. They always lied otherwise, but there was no question that we wouldn't get it back. Almost 2 weeks have passed (that's how long we went in total) and in the last few days they lied that we don't even need an e-mail, we have to wait, but they will transfer our money back right away. When we left the country, the cold shower came. We wrote to the upper management that we still haven't received our money and even then they told us to be patient. A few days passed and they sent an e-mail saying "They are very sorry, but we will not get the money back, but we can stay at one of their other hotels sometime." It is outrageo

On 35 Celsius A/C was horrible almost nothing there,we couldn’t sleep , mattress on bad was old and lumpy hard as stone, bathroom was not cleaned some mold on tiles also pipe coming out wall not sure what for, tv not working no channels takes a while to get loaded also thru entire hotel including hallways main lobby a/c was terrible, all together this hotel is 0 stars not recommended at thru my experience.

L'hôtel est entouré de bâtiments en travaux. L'extérieur aurait besoin de travaux de maçonnerie et de peinture. Le plafond du hall d'accueil est réparé à plusieurs endroits avec une sorte de gros Scotch. Les photos de la piscine sont différentes de la réalité et celle ci est commune aux 4 hôtels. On n'accède pas à la mer par une ravissante pinède mais par des chemins entourés de travaux et où sont déposés des sacs poubelles. Accès vraiment pas agréable. Par contre la plage avec ses plates forme est top et l'eau est superbe. Le personnel peu souriant. La restauration très médiocre peut être parceque les boissons softs vins et bières sont gratuites !!! Pour finir un chat se promène sous les tables pendant le repas et on le retrouve également endormi sur les fauteuil dans l'espace détente à la piscine intérieure. Je pense que cet hôtel mérite 2 étoiles et non 4. Nous visitions la Croatie pour une semaine et avons séjourné dans différents hôtels 4 étoiles qui eux étaient excellents. Nous avons donc pu faire la comparaison. Beaucoup de choses à revoir dans celui ci.
