Volivoli Beach Resort

Was the most Excellent Trip we have ever had. We booked the 4 bedroom house overlooking Volivoli with our older children. The house is a 5 bedroom new build with a huge pool, full Kitchen, bug screens, AC. As the house is built up higher for the views there is a small walk to reception and restaurant but there is a golf cart ready and waiting to take you to where you need to go. Voli has the best diving and snorkelling around, where you can tell they pride themselves on safety. We loved the food and when you meet the staff you can tell they are a big family. I couldn’t fault them!

We love this place! It was our first visit and we are already planning on when we're coming back. And when we do, we'll be staying here. The service is great, the people are phenomenal, the dive shop is absolutely on its game --- they have top notch safety standards and their dive masters really help people like me (who can't seem to find the obvious stuff) find fun stuff!

Don't pass on this resort -- esp. if you like to d This resort is clearly attuned to the 'customer experience'. Everything theyvdo focuses on whether the experience w/b enjoyed/appreciated bybthe customer. The dive operation is superb, the food service and food are outstanding, housekeeping is excellent, the service team is beyond warm and friendly -- the overall resort is beautifully comfortable.

Volivoli is the epitome of paradise! The resort is idyllic and the staff friendly, fun and only want the best for their guests! The diving is sensational and the dive operation - Ra Divers - is second to none. The amount of training and regular updating of safety procedures and knowledge ensures absolute peace of mind. The dive crew make your diving experience a lot of fun!! I cannot recommend Volivoli highly enough! We have just booked our fifth visit and plan to continue yearly trips for the foreseeable future.

It was wonderful. Not a Hyatt, rather a family owned paradise. I traveled alone, a 76 year old solo diver on a budget from the United States. Having done my research I am so glad I chose Volivoli. The staff could not have been nicer, very helpful and accommodating. The resort is set on a hillside so every room has an ocean view, the flowers were all in bloom and the views are breathtaking. There was great variety and choices of foods, (the meat tends to be overcooked so ask if you want it less than well done). Most of all, I was there to dive and the dive staff was courteous and helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the healthy abundant corals, some of varieties I had never seen. I have great underwater photos. The round trip from the airport was included in my resort fee. I was greeted at the airport by the taxi driver and was taken on a three hour ride, rather like having a personal tour of the island. I did not expect Hyatt luxury and it did not cost me Hyatt rates but I did find just what I was looking for, a little bit of paradise.

Our family ( 3 Adults, one 16 year old boy) had a wonderful stay at Volivoli. Although this resort is well known as a dive resort, we are not divers, so don't let that put you off. The resort is stunning! Set up high to take in the beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding islands from each villa. Our villa was spacious and spotless, the cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable, the best we have experienced in Fiji. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was perfect for us. The gardens were well kept and sun lounges and amenities are all in excellent condition. The pool was lovely with plenty of lounges. It has a small beach, not island style white sand, blue water but we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, reading our books and listening to the great music in the background from Ra Bar. We chose the full board option and although it was too much food for us, the food was very good and fresh and one of the highlights. We enjoyed the connections with staff and it was nice to see management making an effort to build relationships with guests. There were fewer daily activities that we are used to at family type resorts that we often stay at. I thought that my teen would be bored but he really enjoyed his stay. He connected with staff and other guests and there was enough to keep him occupied. We definitely got a workout with the hills, probably not for you if you have mobility issues. It was so nice to experience the Suncoast. We will be back! Sota Tale Volivoli!
