"great service, especially Sameer the captain in the restaurant, he took care of everything I needed and was very kind to us all of the trip"

"تجربة مثل هذه الاسترخاء و الناس لطفاء جدا كذلك. لم أشعر بجلدي أبدا بأفضل ما يكون و تجدده و لم يشع أبدا كما هو الحال الآن. أحببته كثيرا"

"As others have indicated, the rooms could do with a makeover especially the bathrooms. The place could also do with another bar as even though there are 2, they don’t open at the same time so evenings were crowded with not many places to sit and the bar was really busy. The food is acceptable and nicely cooked but not a huge variety, mainly meat and salads. Having said all that, we had a lovely time, the staff were amazing, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable."

"Highly recommended hotel. Unique place with the best hospitality from the manager Kostas and his family. This is the third time I have come and for sure I will come back this year!!!!!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Spectacular Stay – Memories We Will Treasure Forever What an absolutely spectacular hotel! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something very special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was simply fabulous, and the staff across every department were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our swim-up room was amazing, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. And the floating breakfast was absolutely wonderful, such a special experience that we will remember for a very long time. What made our stay even more meaningful was how wonderfully the hotel helped us celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We felt so cared for and celebrated, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to mark such a special milestone. We have to give some very special mentions to the incredible people who made our holiday even more memorable: ❤️ Mary – you truly have a heart of gold. You made us feel so special and cared for. You will forever have a place in our hearts. ❤️ Manos – not just a member of staff, but a true friend. Thank you for all the kindness, laughter and wonderful memories. ❤️ Oresti – always such a pleasure to see you every day around the pool. Your warmth and friendliness made our days even brighter. ❤️ Evans – you have quite simply the best laugh ever! You brought so much fun and happiness to our holiday. ❤️ Kara – thank you for all the great chats and for always making us feel so welcome. ❤️ Thekli – your smile is simply the best! Thank you for spreading so much warmth and happiness. Every single member of staff we encountered deserves recognition. You all work incredibly hard, yet you make it look effortless, always greeting guests with genuine warmth and a smile. We arrived as guests celebrating 25 years of marriage and left feeling like we had made wonderful memories and lasting friendships. Thank you to everyone at this truly special hotel for making our anniversary celebration so magical. We will think of Crete, the beautiful hotel, the amazing food, the laughter, the sunshine and, most importantly, all of you, with the fondest of memories. Until we meet again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️🇬🇷 25 years married, countless memories made, and some very special people who will stay in our hearts forever."
