Nous avons passé en 2024 un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel qui portait le nom de Labranda Senses Resorts. Tout y était parfait avec un énorme plus pour la localisation et son accès immédiat à la mer. Forts de cette expérience nous avons décidé de revenir pour l'été 2025 : notre déception a été à la hauteur du niveau médiocre de cet hôtel qui a été racheté entretemps. Il n'a plus rien d'un 4 étoiles et il est devenu un mauvais 2 étoiles ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le personnel de la réception était sous le feu de plusieurs clients qui se plaignaient bruyamment de l'absence de climatisation dans leurs chambres et de la piscine particulièrement froide. Contrairement à l'année 2024 et pour un montant presque 20% plus cher, nous nous sommes retrouvés à deux adultes et un enfant dans une chambre minuscule. Le buffet proposé par l'hôtel était chaque jour plus mauvais avec des fruits immangeables, des légumes à peine cuits et des plats au goût plus que douteux. Zéro pointé du petit déjeuner au dîner et après bien des efforts nous avons préféré dîner aux alentours dans les excellents restaurants du port de Vbroska. Durant une semaine, l'ensemble des clients s'est plaint d'odeurs nauséabondes d’égout à proximité du bar mais aucune solution n'a été trouvée. La piscine est restée désespérément très foide (car non chauffée contrairement aux années précédentes). Impossible de jouer au mini golf faute de matériel. L'offre "all inclusive" n'apporte aucun avantage particulier car les offres de l'année précédente ont été supprimées. C'est une arnaque insensée. Evidemment nous ne remettrons plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel Aminess Senses Report de Vbroska qui doit être évité à tout prix par ses futurs clients.

Incredible location. Lots of sun loungers in shade and sun and with amazing views. Nice rooms (yes, there were some stains on carpet, but they were clean, so clearly old ones) and modern, clean bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Aircon worked great and don't have an issue that it stops if you open balcony door (makes sense for the environment). Restaurant was mixed. Food was good - no egg station for breakfast - but good choice otherwise and rarely waiting for top ups and lunch and dinner were fine. Clearly understaffed though so if you go at peak time it's unpleasant - we left and went back later one evening. And it def feels more like a canteen than a restaurant. Wine just about drinkable. If all inclusive then the drinks menu is really limited but probably no different to most places. This is a family hotel - so photos and descriptions could be misleading. We were there with older children and would've preferred fewer young families as it can be noisy, so just be aware when booking. We had a lovely few days and would've given it 4 stars were is not cut short by the hotel fire, which did highlight the lack of staff and of course H&S (with no smoke alarms operating). This place has huge potential but it just feels as if they have a big hill to climb to get customer confidence back.

After 1.5 hours after arriving at the hotel there was a fire. The fire and smoke alarms or sprinklers did not go off. Our friend was escorted from his room by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus as the smoke was overwhelming. We helped families to safety from their balconies. We didn’t see staff during the time of the fire and it seems like they did not know what to do. We left the hotel immediately after as we did not feel safe to stay there due to lack of obvious and basic safety procedures. I would recommend to you to not stay at this hotel until the incident has been investigated and the necessary and basic precautions have been put in place ie fire alarms. We have video evidence of the above is needed.

Beautiful location with views that can’t be matched — sadly, the service, food, and facilities don’t live up to it. Rooms are basic, noisy, and poorly maintained (no loo roll on arrival, stained carpets, no lift, air-con shuts off when you leave). Bar serves cheap wine from jugs, limited drinks, no snacks, and staff lack wine/spirit knowledge. Buffets are average with little authentic Croatian food, no gluten-free options, and poor breakfast selection. Public areas and pool are overrun with unsupervised kids and loud entertainment, making relaxation impossible. To top it off, a fire evacuation revealed a lack of alarms. Gorgeous location, but overall, not 4-star quality.
